This beautiful home is conveniently located 275 feet from the Sugar Loaf Trailhead and some of the most well-known hiking/biking spots in all of Sedona. A few of the numerous nearby landmarks include Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and the Keyhole Cave. From here you can also enter the expansive Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Our home has been lovingly outfitted and updated with convenience in mind and your experienced host will be available at all times. This gorgeous home is the perfect home base for your Sedona getaway! The split floor plan and numerous updates offer privacy and comfort for all. Inside our home you will find all new furniture, new Sealy mattresses in all bedrooms, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace, two new 55 inch Smart TV's, and a full coffee station (drip, K-Cup, French press). To keep everyone entertained we have provided fast wifi, DIRECTV's Choice package, free Netflix, an NES Classic with over 2000 classic games, along with board games and puzzles. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered front porch offers seating for six with amazing views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Centrally located West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining, wine bars, and steakhouses. There are several grocery stores in the direct vicinity for your convenience including the Sedona Whole Foods and several organic grocers. Sedona Airport/Airport Mesa and the Mary D. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is fantastic and central, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was quick and responsive when we had a question about the digital lock, which made check-in seamless. The home is updated and thoughtfully equipped—we especially loved the lending closet stocked with water shoes and other helpful gear for enjoying the outdoors. The house is close to the Sugarloaf Trailhead, and while we didn’t make it to the Seven Sacred Pools as planned, it's only because there is So Much To Do In Sedona! We also didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but the space and supremely comfortable beds made it a perfect base for our adventures. Would recommend!

Great Location / Easy Stay

Great location near the trailhead. Also close enough to quickly get whatever you needed from town but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Everything was a breeze and didn’t have to worry about anything for the whole stay. Kids loved the hot tub which was an added bonus.

Property as advertised. Very easy check in process. Comfortable space. Great to have the backyard hot tub. Neighborhood is serene and pretty. Literally a 1 minute walk to beautiful hiking. Very close to several grocery stores and coffee shops. Was a great base for us to explore Sedona. Thank you!

This was wonderful home. Clean and had very comfy beds. Loved that we were steps to sugarloaf trail head. Loved the special touches like hiking sticks and water. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to trailhead. Host provided plenty of water for hiking which was much appreciated. Primary shower was difficult getting in and out, however, secondary bathroom had another shower. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

Close to vortexes and trails and city center! Comfy house with great hot tub and beautiful view of the stars. Had hiking supplies there that we utilized, so nice! Awesome host would definitely stay there again!

Comfort, relax with great hiking access

Fantastic location near a hiking trail! Perfect for an early morning hike to watch the sunrise. The house is updated, clean and feels spacious. Will definitely return!

Better than expected

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is such a clean comfortable home. It has a very inviting backyard as well. The location was very convenient, there was even a trailhead in the neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything that you would need in your home away from home. We had a great experience.

Perfect Home with a fantastic location

This home was perfect for our family in Sedona. It had everything we needed for my wife and our 7 month old baby. My parents (60 year old) also stayed with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the coffee station! Location was perfect for us and it is just steps from sugar loaf traid head. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect home for Sedona visit

We are four gals who have been friends for 53 years. We celebrate ‘big’ birthdays in special places and Sedona was our pick. The home was perfect for us - clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, contemporary. (Even has a regular drip coffeemaker and a Kuerig, so different coffees at the same time for coffee drinkers.) Easy to negotiate a variety of streaming choices on large flatscreen. The backyard was so pleasant; private, complete with hot tub, shade, and birds at the birdfeeder. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and one block from a network of hiking trails. There is a neighborhood brewery within walking distance! It is easy to find and easy to drive to anywhere, north or south of town. And best of all, the host is very responsive.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

Spent the weekend here reconnecting with my college girlfriends. We had the best time hanging in the backyard with the hot tub at night, cooking dinner (kitchen was perfect) and chit chatting in the main living area. We hiked as well. A trailhead is literally a half a block down the street for easy access to beautiful (easy & beginner) trails with loops.

A perfect place to stay when hiking in Sedona

My 2 adult daughters and I stayed in this three-bedroom home while hiking in the area. It’s a perfect location being literally steps from the beginning of a trail head and close by to many others. The house is warm and comfortable and we felt right at home. Chris is a wonderful host and was very accommodating although we really had no needs. The house is so well equipped. Will definitely stay here. Next time we come to Sedona, wonderful experience!

Spacious, great location, with all the comforts of home.

We loved our stay at this beautifully decorated modern home. The linens and bed were so comfortable! The kitchen was equipped with every appliance you could need. The living room had a basket of blankets for extra coziness although the central thermostat also worked perfectly. There is a full size washer and dryer, very large hot tub, and beautiful seating areas outside. These even added extra touches like bottled water for hiking, extra moisturizing shampoo/conditioner for the dry air, exercise mats, and water shoes in all sizes. Everything is there for a perfect stay in Sedona. Last but not least, the neighborhood is in a perfect location for access to trails.

Good choice

I don't often leave reviews and when I do, I don't often give a 5-star review. In my opinion, that means perfect That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I am unable to find anything to complain about. The house is an older home very nicely furnished with new appliances and a new outdoor grill. You could look out of the living room window and see hot air ballons lifting above "Chimney Rock Mountain". The home is in a very quiet neighborhood off the main drag, but close to hiking or anything else you might want to do in the Sedona area. I guess my only complaint was that I took my wife (and granddaughter) to "uptown" Sedona and she had the credit card! Highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay in beautiful city.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! From the amazing views, to the phenomenal backyard with the perfect hot tub to relax in at night, our family had such a wonderful time in this home. We will definitely be back again if we find ourselves in Sedona! The host has everything you can possibly need and we appreciated all of the amazing hiking gear that you could borrow to make your stay even better.
