Wonder if all places listed ever turnout that way? This property did.

We spent three nights and wished we had more time. The location was perfect for going to the Orioles game, a trip to the beach and dinner in town on St. Patty’s day. Gray and responsive host to boot. We would love to come back.

3rd time makes the charm

Stayed for 5 weeks this time. House is beautifully designed and decorated. Outside very unique landscaping and pool. Neighborhood eclectic and walking. Downtown Sarasota very close and walkable. Owner super responsive. Love it.

Splendid Art Deco style property with contemporary interior. Tasteful decor, finished to a high standard. Quiet neighborhood near to downtown. Seamless entry. We had one problem but this was fixed switfly. Highly recommended!

Modern relaxing getaway

Relaxing zen vibe poolside. Fantastic location to all things in Sarasota. Very comfortable king bed in Master Bedroom. If you plan to cook here, it needs to be better stocked with cookware and more dishware, flatware. Also needs a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products.

Excellent!

Very nice property with a welcoming and comfortable lay out in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to downtown, either Siesta or Lido Keys or Gulf Gate. Check in was exceptionally easy and the house pool and yard areas were spotless. I would enthusiastically recommend this property.

Great place!

My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter and it was absolutely perfect for us! The house is cute and was so clean! There were toys and a pack n play crib which we were not expecting but such a plus! We enjoyed the pool everyday and the hot tub every night! The owners were very quick to respond to any and all inquiries we had. Safe area and minutes from downtown and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Luxury Stay

This property is stunning, modern, yet comfortable and cozy with great amenities. Gorgeous pool, style, lighting… even inside the kitchen drawers there is lighting… wonderful design. Comfortable beds, and great for two couples or a family.

Wedding day

This home was as beautiful as advertised. Spotless, well appointed and quiet. I would highly recommend if you want to be close to SKB but not in the middle of the crowds. Close to downtown Sarasota to enjoy farmers market and great restaurants. Thank you for making my daughter’s wedding weekend spectacular!

Great experience

Overall great experience. Listing was accurate and we got what was expected. Host was very responsive. If i had to reach for negatives i would say that the pool was full of bugs that i had to clean out and back lounge area looked like it hadn’t been blown off in awhile but inside was immaculate. also left low on propane that we eventually ran out of in the middle of grilling. The modern, luxurious floor plan and appliances shined through for us though. i would book again.
