This rustic-style chalet will charm you with the tranquility that reigns there. Just 30 minutes from Quebec City and 10 minutes from the amenities of Saint-Raymond, its decor was freshly updated to today's tastes. You will have access to two lakes in addition to being a short drive from many outdoor activities.
The cottage

Able to accommodate up to 6 people with its 2 bedrooms, the Humming-Bird Chalet offers us beautiful windows overlooking the lake in a freshly updated decor.

Built on one floor, we find an open area including the living room, kitchen and dining room. The central wood-burning fireplace is perfect for the late-night ambiance. A full bathroom with shower and laundry room is located in addition to two closed bedrooms with a double bed and a Queen bed each.

Outside, a small balcony is perfect for cooking on the BBQ as well as enjoying the view of the private lake. The latter is accessible directly from the property.

The sobriety of this chalet brings us all the comfort we desire during a stay in a chalet.

Location

Very intimate in the forest, the chalet is located on the edge of a private lake perfect for paddle boarding and swimming with water shoes. Access to Lac Sergent is also available with a grassed area and a dock. Fishing, picnicking and swimming will be waiting for you.
A few minutes by car from the Duchesnay tourist resort, you can do many outdoor activities such as hiking, bear watching, kayaking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding and much more. more.

The city centers of Saint-Raymond and Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, located about fifteen minutes by car, allow us to have all the amenities nearby; grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, SAQ and more.
