This charming home features one bedroom, a fully updated kitchen, renovated bathroom, and a spacious living room that can double as a spare bedroom. Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail from the privacy of your own deck before heading into downtown Mariemont - only minutes from this modern gem. **WE WELCOME LONG TERM GUEST!**

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Parking: You can park on the driveway to the left the house OR on the street. Street parking is FREE at this location!

Please be mindful of gas stove knobs when working within the kitchen and make sure all are fully off when leaving the unit.

Although the counters may seem to be a wonderful surface to cut on, please be mindful to use provided cutting boards instead for food prep and for hot items!

Cracking a window when showering will help with ventilation / steam reduction.

Everything should be prepared for your stay upon your arrival. We ask that upon your departure, you complete the following items prior to checking out:

1. Please empty all food items from the refrigerator and kitchen into the garbage. Garbage if full may be taken into the garage into the black trash can on the side of the home on the driveway. Recycling items may be put in the green receptacle on the side of the home as well.

2. Please put all dishes used into the dishwasher and start the wash cycle with the provided dishwasher pod (under the sink)

3. Please put all used towels from the kitchen and bathrooms into the bathtub. White bathmats that were used may also be placed in the bathtub for cleaning.

Thank you for your assistance with these items! It helps us provide the most comfortable (and clean) stay/experience for all of our guests.

This was a lovely upper level apartment. Had everything we needed for our long weekend. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to Mariemont.

Very nice unit. It was clean, nicely decorated and very convenient to Mariemont stores and restaurants. We were in town for a family wedding and happy with the upper Cambridge unit. We also rented the lower unit for additional family members

Lovely!

Lovely property and stay! I only stayed for one night while visiting friends in town but I would have been just as comfortable had it been a longer trip. Place was relatively well stocked with the basics if you do want to cook. The little coffee station was a cute touch!Took a little longer than I’d like to get the check in information, but all in all I was happy with my stay.Oh also I’m not sure if it’s well stated but this is an upstairs apartment which could be challenging for those who have a hard time with steep stairs.

Quick business trip and the area hotels looked awful. Thankfully, I found this great place in an awesome neighborhood next to plenty food and shopping options. Highly recommend. Will be back next business trip, for sure!

Lovely neighborhood

We had the top floor of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Mariemont. While snug, it fit my adult son and I comfortably. Kitchen was fine; not a lot of surface area (dining table difficult to use because of center piece). Sofa bed worked well. Will definitely keep this in mind for return trips to Cincinnati.
