This newly updated condo feels like you are staying in a skier's dream. This one-bedroom unit is situated at the base of Sugar Mountain in the Hemlock Nob complex- offering a short walk to the ski slopes. No expense has been spared to create a relaxing and enjoyable vacation destination. The main living area features an open concept, with a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances throughout. In the living room, you can lounge on the sofa that opens to a queen-sized sleeper or relax to read a book in the cozy swivel recliner by the electric log fireplace or watch your favorite streaming shows on the 50” ROKU-equipped 4K UHD smart TV. The main bedroom offers guests plenty of storage and a luxurious 12” gel memory foam king-size bed. The bathroom features a modern streamlined look with a walk-in shower.
At the end of the hall, there is a mini work area with a desk if work must be done on vacation.
Pet friendly seasonally- there are breed and weight restrictions and a $100 non-refundable pet fee- call for details. Non-smoking. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Great little location!

This rental was cute and the walk to the slopes was super easy. Everything was clean and the rental is up to date. There are a lot of stairs to get to the rental, it wasn’t a negative for us but worth noting.

Good but small

Had to duck as a tall person. Rooms are smaller than they appear. Place was clean and nice. Had everything. Lots of stairs to get down to it. Very much worked for us.

Great little spot.

Wonderful spot for myself and my teenage daughter. Quick trip to ski one day. Perfect location as you can walk to the slopes. Will stay here again.

Was well worth the price.

The property was in very good, and check in and out was a breeze. The only caveat was the walk to the slopes. Steep, muddy, icy, and pitch black at night. I only mention it because the listing said "easy" walk to slopes. It is not easy, it is doable, but definitely not easy. Otherwise it was all excellent.

Very much loved our stay in Sugar Suite. The place was very nice, clean and comfortable! It’s a very cozy spot and close to the slopes! I would stay here again no question.

Fantastic and well-appointed little condo. Easy to get to slopes, although would love if the walking path was better marked to get there.

Weekend Skiing

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We had a short weekend to go skiing and this house is perfect. Location is close to the slopes and a short drive to some great restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the guest snacks. Thank you so much!

The stay was very worthwhile. We had a great time. The condo has been updated and all necessary linens and kitchen equipment were supplied and in good condition. The condo would be a short walk to the lodge except the bridge necessary to get there was washed out in Hellene. Two other problems for us that may concern you are 3 flights of very steep stairs and sofa when we folded it out, we found dog hair under the cushions. We were unable to sleep on it because of allergies.

Super cute and cozy; trail walk to slopes a little treacherous

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super cute and cozy and had everything that you need. A couple of things for renters to note: While it was a "short" walk to the mountain, it is not without stress. The trail to the slope is not intuitive nor marked. We had to guess which way to go. The steps along the trail are made out of earth and some wood. It was extremely icy which made it uncomfortable and a bit dangerous to walk on. This is not a maintained trail. Also important to note that the gas fireplace, while beautiful, does not give off much heat. So if you're looking for that cabin fire to cozy up in front of, you'll need to turn the heat in the condo up. This condo is on the bottom floor and while the people above were not partying, we could hear them walking around.

Great location! Highly recommend

We planned a last minute trip for winter break and this space was perfect. Quick walk to the slopes, my 9 year old complained but it was for sure do-able and worth it if you're not waking up at the crack of dawn for good parking. My kids slept on the pull out bed, kitchen is well stocked, clean and super cute.

Awesome Ski Vacation at Sugar Mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot to be at the base of Sugar mountain, within walking distance to the ski resort. The unit is NICE, single bedroom, plenty of room for the 3 that stayed there. Very clean, everything we needed was stocking up in the kitchen and house. Parking was not a problem. We arrive after hours, and the booking agent left the entry packet in their afterhours box. The mountain was great, watched fireworks for the New Year. Even though it rained days before, the snow on the green slope was actually very good. Hope someone else has a great time like we did.
