My working experience in hospitality started in 2013, after my Master's Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Leadership. My first job in Santorini was in a 4 star hotel in Fira, as a front office manager. Soon I became responsible for the reservations and helped in the overall daily operation of the hotel. Next year I undertook another hotel, as a Sales and Operations Manager. In 2015, I decided that I wanted to do something new and take my career to the next level and this is when the my first project came up.
