Great relaxing vacation with a pool!

We loved having our own house in Naples - and especially loved having our own heated pool. The location is great - easy access to everything we needed; and we would definitely recommend it!

The property was clean and tidy when we showed up. Rena was great and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. There were 6 of us and we were all very comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. :)

Awesome rental!

This house was perfect for my family of 4 but you can easily fit 6 people. The house was clean and had tons of supplies for the kitchen, pool and beach. The location is great- close to the beach and not far from the Everglades and many activities. The owner was responsive and very accommodating. We will be back!

Great Location

The management company is extremely responsive. We had a couple of issues that were resolved immediately. The house was exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

The place was clean, centrally located, close to beach, grocery store and shopping. The pool was nice and many beach and pool supplies in garage. Beds were comfortable and sheets soft.

Lovely place

Timing was a bit unfortunate due to road construction taking place all week, with noise from equipment disrupting the ambiance. Weather was ideal and the facility was really quite nice. We also loved the Naples area in general, lots to see and do in an upscale setting.

Everything we wanted

House and swimming pool were very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked so that a quick trip to the grocery store was all we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. If we return to Naples we will book again.

Wonderful house

This house was awesome! We have our 4 adult children and one teenager with us (7 total) and we had plenty of room! House was very clean, beds were comfortable, pool was perfect, Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, we used the park pass every day! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of Linens, thermostat easily controlled in the house with instructions on how to use it. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and answered all our questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family vacation

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Florida. Very clean, and the location was perfect, close to everything. The only down was that our flight was a little later in the afternoon and they could not accommodate us for a later check out. Although I asked within 48 hours of departure. But other than that we love the place and we can’t wait to come back!

Helpful suggestions

Nice location with pool and hot tub, and pass to state park. Home needs more towels/hand towels/wash cloths and kitchen supplies. Overall, home needs some TLC. Would be nice if there were bikes.

very nice

The property was very, very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It would have been nice to have glass wine glasses instead of plastic. If I were to make a suggestion, tall palm trees edge the south property line and the pool is in constant shade during the winter season. The pool water, even with the heater running never got above " too cool to go into " temperature.

Lovely Vacation Rental in Great Location

We recently enjoyed a week at the Tuscan Villa. This is a comfortable and nicely decorated home in a great location. It has easy access to many shops, groceries and restaurants and is located in a quiet part of Naples Park. It has a lovely kitchen that opens to the dining area and TV area. We also enjoyed the separate reading room. Bikes were provided and we enjoyed riding them most days. Also provided was a pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park which has a lovely beach within a 5 minute drive or a bit longer by bike. The pool, spa and lanai area were great. While we were there we had a small problem with the spa (caused by the pool service), but the owner came quickly to fix it, even on a Friday evening. The owner was very professional and easy to work with. We recommend this rental and will definitely go back.

Pretty Perfect

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! We came from Wisconsin in February so our main goal was to just be outside and enjoy the weather. We went to the beach once and visited the zoo, but otherwise we didn't leave the house! The pool was just perfect! If we weren't swimming in the pool, we were lounging on the pool deck or eating on the lanai. The house was easy to get to from the Ft Myers Airport. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There were several grocery stores nearby. Vanderbilt beach was an easy drive and we were able to get a parking spot in the ramp. The included parking pass is for Delnor Wiggins state park, which we were told is closed for 2 years due to Hurricane Ian so we weren't able to make use of that. Overall, this house was exactly what we were looking for and we would love to go back someday!

Nice pool/hot tub

The pool area and hot tub, as well as the outdoor patio, were the best features of the house. The temperature was good and the controls were easy to use. We enjoyed walking to the intracoastal and Delnor-Wiggins. Also, the house cleaners did a great job; we hired them for a mid stay cleaning and would highly recommend them. The house itself was comfortable, but could use some updates, such as new beach chairs, and repairs. There’s a pretty big hole in the garage ceiling made bigger by a strong rain. Don’t store anything on the empty side of the garage. The front door frame is rotting so closing the door is a little shaky. The “4th” bedroom is more of a sitting area, although it does have a pullout sofa and access to a nice shower. It is a pet friendly rental, though, which is a big plus.

Great Stay!

The property was better than expected! Great kitchen space with lots of supplies. The 4th bedroom/den my husband used as an office while we were there it was on the opposite end of the pool and living area, so it was quiet for him. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps- you had to turn the hot tub on an hour before you wanted to use it. Lots of pool toys, beach chairs, etc…the 3 full bathrooms was nice as every couple/person had their own. It was perfect for our 4 night stay!

Such a relaxing vacation!

We were thrilled with the pool and hot tub, but it was all the other little stuff that made our vacation so much easier. There was salt and pepper and flour and paper towels, and pool toys. We were so grateful to not have to stress about little things that we forgot. And it was a total bonus to be able to park in the garage. Rena, our property manager, was so easy to work with. She was calm and understanding and a great communicator. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

A comfortable home in a great location.

This is our third trip to North Naples and one of our best stays. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was well appointed in every way. The location can’t be beat.

Great location but lacking in basic maintenance

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples and this home has really great features that worked well for our family. Unfortunately, there was a lack of basic maintenance in the home that was made apparent by a long list of small items that we noticed during our stay: -Pool/Spa heater was not functional - it was the middle of summer so it wasn’t needed be we figured out quickly the spa wouldn’t be a typical temp -Hot water never really got hot at several sinks -The bathtub didn’t hold water well -Shower head in the main bedroom was ancient and didn’t work well -There were several light bulbs burned out -Had to replace batteries in multiple remotes -There was a broken lamp in one of the bedrooms -The glass shower door in the main bathroom is coming off the wall -There were a few outlets in the main bedroom that weren’t functional even after figuring out the switches -The window blinds in the bathroom with the tub were moldy and hadn’t been cleaned -There were several amenities pictured in the garage that weren’t there (wagon, floaties, etc). We understand it’s a rental so things break but then they should be replaced. Todd most of what’s left (broken) The scariest part was the grill. While grilling some chicken the grill caught fire halfway through. This was caused by a lack of cleaning of the grill and a broken drip tray. We were able to extinguish it before it became a bigger issue. Overall a house that was great at one point but is in need of a lot of love.

Good location

Overall great property. Just a couple minor things. Need towel rack in bathroom by in front hallway. Shower curtain in bathroom could be replaced. Some mold. Matresses were ok but we all thought could be replaced with firmer ones. All in all we had a great time. Responsive host.
