Swim or lounge the sunny days away in the brand new heated saltwater pool, chill in the waterfall Jacuzzi/Hot tub overlooking the running waters of the middle river; or simply grab a coffee or drink on the dock, under the lush tropical landscaping and enjoy the sunshine and warm breeze, fish, and watch the boaters and kayakers go by.

Conveniently located close to Wilton Drive, this waterfront home has been stylishly decorated with new furnishings and lush linens. There is a boat dock for your boat or jet ski with direct ocean access under fixed bridges. Open floorplan, kitchen, outdoor dining, yoga mats, BBQ, kayaks, free parking, and more.
Waterfront heated pool home with hot tub, 3 en-suite bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a desk/workspace if you need to work away from home. There are 2 separate living spaces for you to enjoy along with a dining area. The home comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to enjoy water activities along the scenic middle river canal directly accessed from the backyard. Prepare a delicious meal using the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor grill, which you can enjoy sitting around either the indoor or outdoor dining tables. Chill in the bright and sunny Florida room, with wrap-around windows invitingly bringing in the water view. Also, only a 10 min ride to E Las Olas Blvd to enjoy all the buzz of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week. We provide a pool skimmer if needed. Landscaping maintenance is twice a month. Pool and landscaping service days vary due to changing weather conditions.
