Stairs lead from the villa to the boat slip which makes getting on and off the water a breeze. There is a swimming pool with games and propane grills for guest use. The property is ideally located just 5 mins from Aqua & the State Park in the heart of Counce. One of the best experiences!

Family and friends joined together for our vacation at the Villa. It’s absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing, and the owner and manager were able to respond to any request within an hour. We could not have enjoyed the lake more, and this Villa was the icing on the cake. I would recommend these villas to anyone interested in a fabulous vacation.

The property was clean, the access was easy. The view was incredible. Boat slip accessible. House had everything we needed for cooking.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. Best views on lake. Manager very responsive to questions. Our family enjoyed our week there and would stay there again.

Weekend getaway

Wonderful weekend in a beautiful location . Very clean and decor was so modern. The view was amazing !! It’s an easy drive to the boat slip and if you wanna get your steps in its 114 steps down to the slip. We enjoyed everything !!

Very beautiful

This is a beautiful place and the view was amazing. Decorated beautifully in a modern vibe. It had everything we needed. The linens and bedding were high quality. The mattress in the lower section was very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced . It caved in in the middle.
