Detta vackra lyxiga "enstaka" hem är ca. 2400 m² fullt utrustade med allt inklusive gård, pool och städservice (varannan vecka) för vistelser längre än 30 dagar. Vacker Granit överallt och fasta trägolv, nya rostfria vitvaror. Spelrum med biljardbord och 65 tums storskärms-TV. Varje rum har sin egen väggmonterad platt-TV. Sten och sten tech pool med en fantastisk inbyggd i Hot Tub / Spa & Pool. Det här huset är en av endast 5 hus i North Glendale / Arrowhead på VRBO med en inbyggd pool och spa som kan värmas (se bilder). Pooler måste värmas att använda under kallare månader i AZ och vårträning (oktober-april) eftersom vattnet är fortfarande kallt. Extra kostnad för hyresgästerna att värma poolen. Eldstad för svala nätter. Stora full längd täckt uteplats som vetter mot norr så uteplatsen är alltid i skuggan, är detta mycket viktigt när du söker efter rätt hem. Great stay at Bruce's home.

Bruce was a great host. He communicated quickly during the booking process and responded right away to texts during our stay. The home was exactly as pictured and is located in an upscale area. Higher recommended.

Great property

Used this property as part of a two month corporate relocation and everything was perfectly smooth. House was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable, and the amenities were outstanding. I just wish it would have been warmer to have been able to use the pool.Host was completely responsive when needed and not disruptive throughout the stay.

Awesome house!

This house was perfect for our family! Great location near golf and other family things to do. Bruce the owner was great to work with! The house is beautiful and very clean. Backyard area was private and beautiful great for quiet relaxation!

Fantastic home away from home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The house was very well taken care of and very well equipped. The only feedback I would have is that upgrading the televisions so that renters can use the various streaming services would be a great addition. My stay was fantastic! Thank you Bruce!

It was Perfect!!!

It was perfect! We had an amazing time at the house and it was perfect for our family. The house and backyard was beautiful, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was spacious with large bedrooms and sitting rooms. We never felt crowded and it was great for the kids. Every bedroom had a very nice wall mounted TV. The pool and Spa is unbelievable. There were tons of towels for us to use as well as all the kitchen supplies we needed. The location of the house was very convenient. It was close to all the amenities like Safeway, Costco, the Westgate Entertainment District, the outlets malls, Seattle and San Diego Spring training facilities and to the fabulous Wildlife Zoo. We were also able to cut through the quiet neighborhood and walk to Thunderbird Park. Bruce was super friendly and made everything very easy for us. Answered all our questions before the trip and was very helpful during our trip. We will definitely be returning. Thank You so much!

Glendale AZ Stay 2024

The host was amazing as was his house. Bruce answered every question and responded immediately to the few minor issues that popped up. The house was complete so we could focus on our trip and enjoy our time there. The pool was very clean and we used it till the weather cooled. I don't think one could find a better house to rent!

Always a great place to stay

This is our second time staying at this property. It's a large, wonderful house and perfectly clean. Bruce, the property manager and owner is the best. If you need anything, you text Bruce he is on it immediately, 24/7! I would highly recommend staying at this property. Pictures of the property are accurate and tell it all!

Great Location

This home was so perfect. Close to golf, shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and so relaxing out in the backyard. Bruce was very helpful and also left great information in a book. Would for sure return to this home.

Best rental property we ever stayed at

First the owner Bruce was fantastic!! We stayed at this property of 3 months. Any requests or suggestions made to better our stay was taken care of by our host and quickly. The neighborhood is gorgeous and all shopping is a 7 min drive in any direction. If you love walking, biking, hiking, golfing, all can be done in the area. We slept like babies, very peaceful area. Thank you Bruce for being such a great host and caring for all of our needs! You are the best!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful quiet home. We had everything we needed for our month long visit to Arizona. Backyard, patio and pool area are just gorgeous. The home is close to everything.

Thunderbird Park is a 5 min walk from the property and has miles of hiking trails. Thunderbird Park has some of the best hiking trails/mountains in Arizona.
