Walk to the Grand Canyon Railroad, Canyon Coaster Adventure Park & Route 66 Zipline. Great base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Flagstaff, Sedona, Snowbowl.
High speed internet, SmartTVs in living room & bedrooms, firepit, grill, fully fenced yard (3' high). Washer/dryer, parking in the carport & driveway. Fully remodeled w/new central AC & heat.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Williams because we love the midcentury charm and location in the center of things â we are steps to the historic Route 66, and hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
