Brand new remodel, first time rental & all new furnishings throughout entire home in September '22. One bedroom on main floor with a king bed and a full bathroom on the main level with an exterior door for easy access from the pool. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen and twin beds. The primary suite is extra large with a king bed, chair, dresser, electric fireplace, smart tv, double sinks, soaking tub, step in shower, walk-in closet and private water closet. All bedrooms have smart TV's. There are two tubs in the house, one in the primary suite and one in the upstairs bathroom (tub/shower combo). There is a laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use. Guests also have use of the 2 car attached garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a dual single serve Keurig or large pot drip, crockpot, basic spices and oils & kids dishes and utensils. There are multiple games for guest use, along with some children's toys, and a highchair.

Outside, guests will enjoy a patio area with dining table with propane firepit in the middle. Gazebo with seating and an outdoor smart TV. Six lounge chairs situated around the pool perfect for sunning at any time of day and one large 10' umbrella when you need some reprieve from the sun. There are pool floats, noodles, and children's dive toys. A 3 hole putting green and multiple lawn games available for guests enjoyment. Propane BBQ for guest use with utensils.

Pool heating is available upon request from October-end of April. Pool heating it is an additional cost of $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need minimum 48 hour notice if you want the pool heated, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. If you opt to have the pool heated, it will be controlled by management. Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when temperatures at night are in the 30's and there isn't a pool cover.

Kid friendly home with many amenities for children but please know that the pool is not fenced and it is your responsibility to supervise any children and non-swimmers in your group to ensure everyones safety while on the property.

All essentials are provided: sheets, towels, pool towels, paper products, shower toiletries and laundry supplies. High speed internet throughout. Each room has ceiling fans to help keep you cool during the hot desert summer.

The pool is serviced once a week. You will be made aware of the day and approximate time the pool service arrives. Pest control & landscaper both come once a month, we will let you know if your stay coincides with one of these necessary maintenance visits.
