Great space for large families

We enjoyed our time at Hobbs Mill - we were there with our own large family of 7 as well as my sisters family of 7. Perfect space for large families. Private and quiet and so much space to spread out!

More suited for a big group on a skiing trip than a couple looking for a luxurious and cosey getaway. Definitely spacious, but the furnishings did not match the quality of the house. There was not a single comfortable place to sit and put your feet up -- even the huge TV room sofas did not recline (they were not plugged in and seemed repurposed). Study was cold and the fireplace was not functional. No tissues provided and we even had to figure out how to turn the icemaker on as neither refrigerator had one... The cleaning fee was not tailored for the size of our group (2) and the no shoes policy had our feet constantly cold and dirty. Not for us...

Wedding Home-base

We stayed for our son's wedding and had some family members stay with us. Everyone had their own room, and enjoyed the property.

Great family weekend getaway

We had such a great time at this property. The only thing we were disappointed with was the hot tub, which was quite dirty. One of our party knows a pool cleaner who provided the chemicals to make cleaner. We go somewhere every year in January and this is a place we will revisit.

Great place

The house was perfect for our family gathering for our daughter's graduation! There were known problems prior to us getting there that I feel should have been communicated to us, and the yard could have been better maintained. Overall, everyone had a nice time

The property wasn't clean. There were no trash cans to stick the trash so we had to put it in the garage. The were lots of little things that were broken or not working right.

Family holiday gathering

This was a great house for our large group, the families traveling to spend holidays together. Everyone had a bed which is a treat rather than floor or pullout couches, the kitchen was amazing and bug enjoy for our crew, the hot tub was a hit, and the entertainment room with ping pong table was going non stop the entire visit. Also we had ready access to hiking trails, Snow Basin, and the Super Target down the street. Very responsive mangement team when we had questions too! Great communication overall! We will definitely try to stay here again.

Service people are still there repairing various issues after we checked in. Hot tub is not available on the first day. Gameroom light keeps blinking if we turn on projector. Toilet flush sometimes doesn't work.

Home was nice and roomy. Nice location for our needs. Beautiful kitchen. However dishwasher was broken. We were asked to take off shoes indoors, which we did. Our feet and socks were black on the bottoms immediately. Flooring and carpets need serious cleaning. We finally found a vacuum in an upstairs closet at the end of the stay. We had to buy floor cleaning product and wash the floors. Nothing could be done with the carpets. Overall a decent place. Hot tub difficult to get to because of weeds and bushes. Cover could not be tied down as they requested.

This was a great house to get all the kids and grandkids together for my husbands 70th B'day. We used the media room to show a slideshow of 70 years of memories. This was one of the favorite activities for all. The sound system and large screen really enhanced this experience. There is plenty of room and some really unique gathering places to reconnect with family. The kitchen and dining room area was our main gathering place. Plenty of space and seating to eat, play games and just hang out and talk. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were very quickly addressed and corrected. The location was perfect. 30 mins from SLC airport, 5-10 mins from shopping, highway access, and Hill AFB. I gave the cleanliness of the property 4 stars. The house itself was very clean. The children's play area needed some attention. We used the patio quite a bit just to hang out and watch the kids while they were playing in the yard.

The host provided all details before our arrival and I had great communication with them. The home was perfect for our group. We rented this large beautiful home for my son's wedding and there was plenty of space. The entertainment room was a hit with the big screen tv. The hot tub was great way to relax.
