So cozy! Everything we wanted and then some! From a bottle opener to ceiling fans, and they even had some sunscreen! So clean and comfortable. The host is so nice and communicative also! This was a great place and only 15 minutes from our concert venue. Plan on staying here again!!!!!

When we got there the front door was wide open. Towels were worn out and mismatched. Water in main shower did not get hot. Otherwise it was ok

Location: convenient except for road closures and construction in the neighborhood House: plenty of space with average fixtures and furnishings Beds: good have used nicer bedding Bathrooms: good size, could have used better linens

We loved

The place is clean, the neighborhood is super quiet, the owner responded quickly to the messages, it doesn't matter what time she writes, she is there, we are sure that when we return to Florida we will look for this house to be free again

Snowbird Month Long Escape

This property is ideal for visits to Aquarium, Busch Gardens and River Walk for example. Close to downtown and restaurants and shopping nearby. It was at least an hour to the beach. We stayed for a month and went to other places to visit family and friends. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns.

Renting this home was quick and easy. The hone itself is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The owner is so easy to reach, all you have to do is message her through VRBO and she will respond quickly. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful, spacious home with a really nice neighbor.

Loved everything about this home. Rooms are very comfortable and the showers has perfect preasure. Had soap shampoo and conditioner. They really know how to make you feel at home. Thank you. Were there for yankees spring. Only 20 min away.spring training and is only 20 min frohomepark.

Perfect house on a budget

This house was perfect for what we needed, especially the budget. The house was clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms each had individual keys to them so you could lock the rooms, which was something I have never seen before. The house was clean and had a nice living area and kitchen. It's in an older semi-run-down neighborhood, but we never felt unsafe. It could use a few updates to some paint and some new pillows but otherwise, we didn't have any complaints.

Spacious house, convenient location

Having never been to Tampa before, we chose this home because of its affordability and proximity to Busch Gardens and Zoo Tampa. Although the neighborhood was less "touristy" than we expected, it was quiet and mere minutes to everything we wanted to do. The home was immaculately clean, with three spacious bedrooms and two nice, recently updated bathrooms. Not fancy, but everything was nice, clean, and recently updated, all the furniture and linens were comfy, and the four of us could have comfortably brought two friends if we liked. Every bedroom also had their own smart tv, which our kids were excited about. We would totally choose this home again when returning to Tampa. Thanks for a nice stay!

Weekend rental

House was great and all. Was a bit dissatisfied because the floors where not swept or mopped. One room had sticky soda all over the floors. My pup kept finding broken glass in my he floors. Also, the towels where folded damp and was starting to stink. Luckily I always carry detergent and washed them all. I left them folded on the dryer. Also, I left the mop outside (back yard) because it stunk and was creating gnats in the house. We pay for a cleaning fee. Who ever is cleaning is rushing Other than that we loved it and may stay again in the future when we visit family again. Thank you Yasmin

Super coxy and clean property, just off interstate, quiet neighborhood and ideal for events at Raymond James Stadium, also bigger house than bungalow might suggest, huge common area, can't go wrong staying here while in Tampa!
