Family Vacation

We have rented condos for 10 years at Panama City. This year there were 10 of us, so decided on this house. We are hooked on a house now. First, owner was amazing, he was actually there when we arrived. It was so nice, to just walk back to house if you wanted something, that end of the beach was not busy. The boys took the 3rd floor and love having their own space. All bedrooms were amazing, my husband is the cook on vacation and loved the spacious kitchen. As others have said the bar across the street is loud, for us we just sang and danced on patio to their music, it does stop at 11:00pm.We are ready to put down a deposit for next year

The beach is your backyard

Perfect accommodations for our young adult family. Who can complain when you are greeted by the amazing beach at your back door. The outside deck/patio was perfect for soaking up sun, reading a book, having a dinner.

Friends vacation

My husband and I booked this trip with 7 of our work friends for a quick weekend getaway and it was the perfect property. The location directly on the beach was exactly what we needed trying to coordinate people’s worth of stuff on the beach for the day. It was also a plus there was a spot to rent beach chairs/umbrellas just a few homes down from us. Definitely cuts down on having to pack so much! We loved being directly across the street from the Alibi restaurant which was open for lunch/dinner every day and breakfast on the weekends. We spent most of our nights here hanging out listening to the live music and bands which is a huge bonus from having to drive anywhere. But it was still so quiet in the house even with live bands playing there. We knew at booking the property didn’t have a pool/hot tub and thought it would be a disappointment but for the location we really never missed it!

Beach

When we arrived, none of the remotes worked for any of the TVs. We had to go get batteries. Then 3 of the 5 bathrooms had no toilet paper. Boards in the second floors balcony are popping up and no being held in place. Lots of deck board weak and missing screws. Overall the property has a lot of boards that need replacing. Tina of lights are out inside the property as well. The trip was great. But if this unit was ours, we would want it to be at 100% for what we charge.

Paradise!

This property was hands down the most amazing place we have ever stayed in PCB! We have been coming for 20+ years and this is by far the best experience! The house was heaven on earth, and we have ZERO complaints! My kids said this was their favorite trip (and we have traveled a lot!) I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious, and you are right on the beach. The host was great at responding to any questions. I would definitely book this vacation spot again. There is a bar located right behind the house, so if loud music late at night bothers you that would be the only concern. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful House & Great Location!

My family and I had the best vacation ever! The house is perfect and the location can't be beat! The house is absolutely beautiful! The house and location were so great, that we are booking this place next year for family vacation. Make sure when you rent this house - that you get the guy's name and contact info. for chair & umbrella rental! He gives a great discount and excellent service! He always had our chairs and umbrella's set up by 7AM every morning., it was great not having to lug our chairs to the beach! You will be very happy you picked this house on the beach!

Wonderful! Clean, comfortable, beachfront

Highly recommend this place! Rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. Comfortable & clean. Large living room. Well equipped kitchen. Table for 8. Two beach facing balconies and a deck made for lovely beach, sunset, and star gazing. Beach is so close- convenient to take the two grandbabies in and out for their naps, feedings, diaper changes. Plenty of beach room for our canopies and playing cornhole, wiffle ball, etc. white sand is very clean. This was Our first vacation with our daughters and their husbands and children. The Lord really blessed us- so glad we chose this property!

Loved it

This beach house was amazing. Recently updated and very nicely appointed. We had plenty of room and beach access was excellent. House is on a quiet street, but directly across from a bar that had outdoor live music most evenings. In the house, you couldnt hear it. My only complaint is water pooled up on the back deck and didnt drain, so it got kind of gross. There isnt a drain built in. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Bliss

Everything was above expectations and a perfect venue for our daughters wedding. Spacious clean and exceptional views. Accommodations were quality and comfortable. The only negative was the bar across the street was very loud with the outdoor bands.

Great location!

Loved the location.Right on the beach.Used the private balcony off our bedroom alot.Also used the deck and porch a lot. Discovered we had no hot water 1st night when we were ready to shower before bed.Reported it to owner and new water heater put in 2nd day. Upon leaving reported dish washer didn't work .Owner said he would take care of it. Minor wear & tear but we loved our stay and would definitely go back.Owner easy to communicate with.

Fantastic vacation

House was amazing! Everything was just as pictured. Very clean and beds were super comfy. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Owner was great at communicating. Definitely one of the best family vacations we have had.

Absolutely perfect! Walk off the porch and onto the beach!

This place exceeded my expectations. It is a large, well-lit very well maintained home. It's clear that the owners take pride in the house. It was sparkling clean and two of the (huge) bedrooms have their own balcony. It is very spacious and the kitchen is large and modern. We had plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils. There is also a massive deck with an additional dining table. You walk right onto the beach from the balcony, no shoes required! It's also very close to shops and entertainment. John was very responsive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I've been going to the Gulf Coast for years and this is by far the best rental I've had. I could not recommend this place more!

Awesome beachfront stay

All expectations were eclipsed, and the property is even better than the pictures. Had a great time with our group with many beautiful days on the deck and beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall great accommodation and would definitely return.
