Located next to Boise's Sunset Park and at the base of Bogus Basin, (ski and recreation area) this home features 2 living spaces, plentiful seating, a dedicated work space, a large covered patio with yard games, garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables! All available for you during your stay! This home is suitable for entertaining large groups, with 2 living areas, formal/informal, indoor/outdoor seating!

Easy access to Ridge to Rivers trails, The Greenbelt, the foothills for hiking, downtown Boise and BSU Campus.

The living space extends to outdoors, you walk out to a covered patio with a large custom refinished dining table and luxurious patio seating. The outdoor space has everything you need, a bin for toys and yard games in the lawn. It also has a garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables! All available for you during your stay!

The exterior of the home is a ranch style home with a paved driveway that will fit up to two vehicles. There is limited street parking. The front entrance is tucked behind the landscaping with a sidewalk and steps leading up to the door.

Guests will have the home to themselves, easy keypad entry. We will not be present at the property but close by if needed.

Once booked, you will receive a unique access code via email to enter the home during your stay. The code is changed between each guests for security and safety. You'll have access to the entire home. The garage will be locked with the owners belongings.

Excellent house!

We met with family from four states. There is plenty of room for everyone and it is a very comfortable and clean house. We loved the location. The perfect place to take the dogs for walks. The backyard was great for visiting. I would highly recommend this place as a temporary home.

Convenience for a Weekend Escape

We enjoyed the property while on a weekend trip to Boise. The property is very well equipped and was located close to the variety of activities that we had chosen to do. The property was also spacious enough that everyone could spread out for some decompression and quiet time too.

Clean and close to everything!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had a bunch of fun yard games for my kids to play and the cleanliness of this property. It was top-notch! The rental managers were very responsive as well and was an overall great stay.

Great stay in north boise

We had a great stay in boise. The house worked great for our group. It was clean, the location was convenient, and the communication with the management team was clear and prompt. Check in and check out process was smooth.

Perfect!

Very nice, clean and spacious with lots of unique touches like indoor swings. The home was all decorated for Christmas, which was a wonderful touch. Would stay here again!

Great House

This house had room for us to work and enjoy our time in Boise. This house had a great location for us, close to family and shopping. Bonus .... no stairs!!

Amazing House!

We wife and some other family stayed at this home for my brother-in-law's college graduation. The house was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. We also spent a ton of time out in the yard! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we come to Boise.

Family Time

Sunset was a perfect place for us to connect and be with family. It really felt like home. There was plenty of gathering space and space to just be alone. The backyard leaving space allowed to play games, enjoy some sun and even enjoy the rain. 8 minute walk to the grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Rental

This home was awesome! It was super clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were all comfortable, with nice bedding and sheets. Everything was high quality. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful furnishings. The patio area was dreamy and the yard perfect for the pups to enjoy. Nice park across the street. I could live in This house and love it. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

I traveled for work and stayed for three weeks. The property was great! It is obvious the care the owners put into making it a comfortable place. I really enjoyed the outside spaces in the fall weather.

Bob operates a local engineering company, Tikker Engineering, while Jen runs New Hope Furniture, restoring furniture, as you can see in almost every piece in this home!
They have been married nearly 4 years now and the honeymoon isn’t over! Being empty nesters has allowed them time to pursue this dream of New Hope Furniture moving out of their garage (Bob is especially grateful) and bring joy to people through creating this Airbnb of respite and relaxation!
