You can also grill out on your covered outdoor kitchen and experience the Key Colony views. This property is a rewarding escape, perfectly situated with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut.

Inside, you’ll find the property presents a roomy primary suite - as well as a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. This single level design sleeps 6+ comfortably and offers 2 spacious guest suites and guest bath. Unwind in the open coastal decor great room, which holds inviting living and dining spaces. The well-equipped kitchen provides gracious counter space and a full suite of appliances including an air fryer, blender, lobster pot, crockpots, and Kurig K-Duo.

If you are looking for a fun day trip, you can visit several State Parks, including Bahia Honda and the National Key Deer Refuge Center. Be sure to explore the Seven Mile Bridge, and check out the sunsets from Mallory Square in Key West!

Great mini season

We took a family vacation for mini season and found this home in key colony it’s in a great neighborhood and very close to great restaurants shops and stores. Had a great dock with easy access to the gulf or Atlantic side.

It was a beautiful, comfortable home. It had all the conveniences of home.

The manager, Erin, was very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool, bikes, and fishing. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thanks so much.

Brand new house in very nice neighbourhood

We had a fantastic stay. The house came on the market in january 2022 and offers everything you want for a relaxing vacation with family or friends: pool, outdoor grill and bar, access to the canal, garage with bikes and kayak to borrow, 3 bedrooms (2 en suite) with XXL TVs, living room, dining area, extra office, washer and dryer, modern and high quality kitchen. We really loved it!

Top notch stay!

This is a gorgeous home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Great location in Key Colony. Well appointed home and good proximity to exploring Key West and the Upper Keys. Good communication with owner. Sunset Park was the perfect ending to our day! Hightly recommend this home!!

Post Pulley Ridge Fishing Trip

The house is much better then the pictures on line. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. Large TVs in all the rooms , beautiful pool and outdoor living space. If your on the fence look no further this is the place.

Spring Break

Amazing house, location and amenities! Cindy was fantastic. We rent multiple times a year and this was the best we've stayed in. Other than some burdensome upfront paperwork and unable to use the boat hoist, this is a perfect rental. Highly recommend.
