located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds . Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Large balcony with beautiful pool view.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and fob (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $20 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for key fob)
* No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. 2 parking tags provided ( there is $20 fee for each missing/broken tag)
* Oversized vehicles, motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.
10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
* No mailbox for this location.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
