Welcome to your mountain escape in Pagosa Springs! This spacious 4BR/3BA home nestled on a 1-acre lot offers cozy comfort, mountain views, and room for the whole crew. Just 12 mins to Pagosa Hot Springs and 30 mins to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Relax by the fire, explore trails, ski, and soak. The perfect year-round getaway close to nature, adventure, and town conveniences!

This home was beautifully renovated with stonework and wood throughout, to give a rustic mountain feel. We were intrigued by the history of the home and what the original owners had for a pet. You will be able to see what it was on the artwork on a stone on the main floor fireplace!

We loved this dog friendly cabin. We only stayed one night but our whole group agreed that we wished we could stay longer. The cabin is VERY spacious and great for big groups. It rained the whole time we were there so we were grateful for being able to park our car in the garage, made loading and unloading much easier.

Locing nature

Owner was great to work with. Nice quiet neighborhood loaded with wildlife. Deer strolled right past the deck like we weren't even there.

The house was beautiful and located in a gorgeous neighborhood. We constantly saw deer around the property. The communication was great and we had lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I’m gonna The house was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. If we do this again, we will definitely be back to this property.!

Spacious and Cozy Cabin

Beautiful cabin with plenty of space for adults, teens and kids! Easy communication with host, close to town and Wolf Creek Ski area. Hot tub and playing in the snow were the biggest hit!

This is our second time staying at the property and I can not say enough good about the property manager! Not to mention you have your very own private sled hill just off to the side of the house if you are there while its snowing.

Fantastic Place for Multiple Families

The hot tub was the favorite for all of the kids. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood anytime of day and feel safe, see wildlife, and beautiful scenery. The kitchen was well stocked with everything your would need to make a big meal, or food for a party. Host was easy to get ahold of when we needed something, plenty of parking, pillows, and linens.

Location is peaceful and quite, hottub is fun, barbeque is was out of propane gas, so we unable to use the grill, the bed spread have blood stains, the kitchen is out of salt and pepper, dishes has lots of cracks. needs to replacement, the tub in the basement drain is plug or slow draining.

My husband and I, Paul, fell in love with the town of Pagosa Springs after visiting it in 2020. We permanently reside in Denver, CO, but have spent months at a time, and tons of holidays out in our home in Pagosa. We love being able to open it up to visitors, and hope they get to experience the same joys we have down there.
