Home is fully equipped with all that you need to relax and enjoy all that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. Open concept floorplan with stocked kitchen and spacious living room. Master retreat with comfortable bed and ensuite bath with soaker tub. Private outdoor area with gas firepit . Quiet location great for a relaxing getaway on your trip!
The space
Home has extensive remodeling done and was furnished with top of the line furniture and beds. A great place for family or friends to gather and enjoy the weather. Living room with plenty of seating for large groups and a big screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in while on vacation.
Outdoor area is private and features a great conversation sitting area with gas fire pit.
Great location with easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and golf.
Close to Scottsdale events like the Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson car show.
Guests have access to full laundry and garage.

Guests have access to the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces .
Other things to note
Not a party house! Guests are welcome to have fun but please always be respectful.
Booking party must be at least 25 .
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.
