Smoky Mountain Estate as a whole offers its guests a private hot tub with unbeatable mountain and forest views, a theater room with several comfortable sofas, and amazing views provided from oversized picture windows and multiple sitting areas. That's to say nothing of the in-home movie theater! With ample and comfortable furniture throughout, the total space promotes togetherness and great conversation. The living room is equipped with a large wall-mounted TV and a large brick fireplace, perfect for cozying up together. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a floating island, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. After everything's wrapped up for the night, challenge each other to a game on the private pool table. THINGS TO KNOW
Guests can use the paddleboat, but only at their own risk.
There is no swimming allowed in the pond.
This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
