Beautiful cozy and modern one bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor offering magical ocean views as you step foot inside. New totally refurbished apartment ideal for a romantic getaway.
As you enter the apartment, you will notice a well-balanced mix of modern furniture. The interior is light and airy, with an open-concept design that includes a super comfortable couch and a single sofa including a smart TV. The dining room features a design high table with seating for two as well as a large fully equipped kitchen.
Appliances and utensils such as an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a super comfortable king bed with the highest quality mattress to make your stay unforgettable. It also features an Italian-style bathroom shower and tactile mirror to make your stay more enjoyable.

This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach, which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Maho beach is also a 5 minutes drive where you will find all the planes taking off. The complex is also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Perfect couple getaway!

Fourteen was in an excellent location and was very clean. We stayed for 4 days and were walking distance to many French bakeries, Mullet Bay Beach and other restaurants. The only things we were missing were extra blankets, and better cooking supplies. Otherwise the amentities including the gym and pool were phenomenal!

Cool vibes

A504 at Fourteen was unexpectedly awesome! The interior design blew us away, especially since it was a last-minute thing. Shoutout to the lobby crew – super cool service vibes. We hit the gym daily (gotta burn those vacation calories) and chilled by the pool. Mullet Bay hangs were the best part – seriously good times. A504 is the spot for a spontaneous, laid-back getaway. Totally suggest it!
