The property was in a perfect location. The town of Kapa’a is within walking distance for shopping, eateries, a small grocery store and of course an ABC store. It is also close to the coconut grove for more shopping and eateries. It is mid point between princeville and the Waimea canyon with many sites snd activities in between. It is an older unit on the ground floor with a nice Lanai. We stayed with another couple and it was comfortable.

This was the best place to stay, Bryon, our host, was great. He came when we had a question about the TV and told us he was close by if we needed anything else. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great stay overall. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were a wonderful bonus. The location is prime, easy access to the beach as well as nearby shops and food. We also loved having a washer and dryer. The only downside was that the cleanliness could have been better.

Loved the beach just a few steps away! Great view of the sunrise each morning. The VRBO is equipped with beach chairs, towels, and all the items needed for the beach. The one downfall was we had booked this location for access to the pool and hot tub and they were down for construction and we didn’t know until we arrived.

It was absolutely beautiful ! Our condo was on ground floor , perfect location to everything . Had everything we needed to cook with. Can’t wait to go back . It’s a place to stay .

In a nice town, yet close to all Kauai

First floor very spacious condo in well maintained complex, adjacent to bike/walking path along beautiful sandy oceanfront, bike rental in walking distance. Would stay here again, we hated to go.

Awesome accomodations

The Pono Kai was an excellent place for our family. It was spacious and the kids loved the pool and the resort games (tennis, croquet, etc...). We would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Kawaii at It's Best

This is a perfect location for seeing the entire Island. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Driving distance either direction is great location.
