Summary:
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our Townhome. With 3 beds, 3 baths, large living room & kitchen, large back patio over seeing the golf course, grill, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and a designated office/reading room. Located in Trillium Village; 10 minutes from downtown Cashiers & 20 minutes from Highlands.

This unit does not have access to Trillium amenities.

The Space:
2 down-stairs bedrooms with smart TVs, personal bathroom and walk in closet. 3rd bedroom is a large loft upstairs with personal bathroom, no TV in that space. Up-stairs office/reading nook with a door and TV. Large open living room connecting to kitchen, large fireplace and smart tv. Large outside patio over seeing the golf course with outdoor furniture and grill.

Better Than Expected

The name "Golf Cottage" doesn't do this place justice. It is a PW from the first tee, has great access to the clubhouse and the place is exactly what you need as far as rooms and accommodations. It so much larger than we anticipated. The back porch is great and their ample parking. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great Mountain Home

We had a wonderful stay at this nice Mountain Home. Kim was terrific to work with and was very helpful during the reservation and check in process.

Perfect Accommodations

We were here for a wedding at the clubhouse which was steps from the unit. Very spacious and warm condo.

Great retreat

We had a great experience! The condo was very clean, great decor and had everything we needed. Loved the high ceilings and the deck overlooking the golf course. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

I had an amazing time at the house in Cashers! The town was lovely, and the beds were super comfortable. My favorite spot was definitely the porch. The only downside was the construction next door - the saw was so loud! Despite that, I'd love to come back again.

Excellent 3 bedroom property on the Trillium golf course.The home was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with all of the necessary items. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked a stay there next summer!

Fabulous condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was very spacious for our family of five. Very clean and new appliances. Host was very thoughtful in reaching out too! Lovely condo.

Enjoyed our stay!

The property was very clean and comfortable! It was the upper 2 floors of a house! Kimberly our property manager was very easy to work with and worked with us on the dates and the amenities! I definitely would recommend it!

Great Stay

We arrived on time but room had not been cleaned yet. We called and she immediately apologized for the delay and had someone right over to clean it. We loved the house and we will be back. We enjoyed our stay.

Much above expectations!

The property was second & third floors of golf home directly on the very beautiful & challenging golf course. There were 2 bedrooms on main floor with soaking tub in primary & king bed. Third floor loft bedroom with private bath & extra office/tv room ( great for zoom meetings if you work while on vacation) and single sofa bed. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout & very high quality furniture & decor, bedding. Kitchen with everything needed for food prep and extraordinary quality( for rental property) appliances, cookware, tableware along with laundry room! Very thoughtfully done! We would definitely stay there again.
