Includes fire pit, stocked kitchen, grill , washer, and dryer. Close to Gilchrist Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, and Ichnetucknee River. This is an ideal place to bring your boat and enjoy multiple rivers in one stay

This is the place to have a great time. We went to watch college football in the evenings and swim in some springs in the mornings. We even went to a beach on the Sante Fe, which is walkable (1/2 mile). There are lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the river and the down stairs bar is great for a small gathering of friends. The kitchen has everything you’ll need upstairs and the Weber kettle grill on the porch grills very well. I plan to go back.

This was a great stay, the location is very peaceful and check in was a breeze. Sitting outside at night and listening to the owls calling was awesome. House was very clean and the location is close to several springs for exploring/snorkeling. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night! Highly recommended!

Need to clean up the mess at the car port. Also, the tree branches should not be tossed at the river bank, looks very junky. No access to the river for fishing though it looks like it from the pictures. Fix the swing that hangs at a 45 degree angle. Otherwise, nice decks and clean. Would be really nice to have a floating dock

Wow wow wow! The deck on the river was our favorite location EVER! Watching jumping Sturgeon, OMG!! Entire house was magnificent. thank you Alexandra for sharing your Suwannee paradise.(suggestion- could use reading lights in bedrooms and a hair dryer:)

Peaceful Getaway!

Lovely Riverfront Property

Beautiful gem on the river. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again (and probably will, as we have family in the area).

Suwanee River House

We would have gone to more springs in the area but we were just so damb happy to sit on the dock and watch the river go by. Great place, great location. Coming back soon!

This property is in a prime location near both the Suwannee river and Santa Fe river. Plenty of springs within a 30 min drive. House was perfect for a weekend on the river and came with everything we needed. The dock was a great hangout spot and very beautiful property!

Suwannee River Getaway

We were very happy with the house on the Suwannee River. Great location, very comfortable, and very well stocked with all the things we needed. Sitting on the porch watching the river was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

River House Vacay!

We absolutely enjoyed every moment at River House! What a gem on the Suwannee River and a beautiful quick drive to the springs. We loved visiting the local restaurants as well and just sitting out on the porches and dock watching nature! My family of four was very comfortable there and everything is immaculate. Highly recommended this stay!
