Incredible sunsets and amazing views await at this adorable two-bedroom waterfront house in Meredith at Spindle Point. Relax on the screened porch and watch the boats go by, or swim from the private dock. The dock will accommodate up to a 20' boat. Anything you choose to do will be a memorable experience.

There is a well-appointed bedroom downstairs and a full bath, along with a combined kitchen/dining/living area. Surprise your guests with their favorite homemade meals thanks to the fully appointed kitchen. Then, unwind and watch an entertaining show or movie on the TV in the living room. Upstairs there is one more bedroom, a loft, and a full bathroom. An outside sitting area is great for those summer alfresco meals. Relaxing vacation

We had an excellent time at this property. The house was clean and well stocked upon our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. The views of the lake and sunsets from the screened in porch are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable.

We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out and take in the beautiful sunsets and views of the lake. The area is very quiet and walker friendly! The only negative was that we were given the wrong code for the lockbox and had to call Vacasa and get the correct code so that we could get in the house.

Need accurate lockbox info

The property was great! But I received a 5-digit code for the lockbox... and the lockbox needed a 4-digit code. Fortunately I had cell service and the rep was able to provide an alternate code so we could get in, but it felt like a really sloppy error on Vacasa's part.

Quiet getaway during bike week

We came for the 100th motorcycle rally. It was so nice to come to a calm and relaxing home to unwind after a day of riding. The views over the lake are mesmerizing...a slice of heaven on earth.
