Charming Apt in 18th c Berkshire Farmhouse

This lovely studio is located at the base of Mount Greylock and a 6 minute drive from Jiminy Peak ski resort. Built in the 1700’s, this centuries old farmhouse has since been converted into four cute apartments. Enjoy exploring the sprawling 19 acre property you will be staying on which includes seasonal flower fields, thousands of berry bushes, fruit trees, creek, and walking trails full of wildlife.

Patrick was super nice and his farmers market/ cafe is great. Got to cut my own flowers from his field for free! I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

It’s a nice comfortable apartment with a good kitchen. We were traveling to see a concert and some art at Mass MOCA. Patrick is a friendly and welcoming host.

Clean and Pleasant Space

The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and pleasant, and the parking was convenient. Nice shower/tub. It served us well.

Fair stay in a comfortable clean open floor plan. On a main road so lots of traffic right outside bedroom. No visible on/off switch for bathroom lights- had to twist bulbs on and off...?

A very comfortable farm stay

I was just there for one night but the place was comfortable, clean, and equipped for everything I might possibly need. The hosts were lovely and proactive in their communication. Would stay again!

Very nice apartment!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay while visiting Williams College with our son. Very comfy beds, easy to use tv, nice kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little living space

The space was cozy and clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the area. The bathroom has very fun lights.

It was in an unusual location but great place. Space for the three of us. Quiet, clean and VERY CLOSE TO RAMBLE WILD

Great place!

Staying on the farm amidst the lavender and blueberries was a wonderful experience. Patrick and Sam were great hosts and the unit was lovely. The only down side was being so close to the road noise.

Nice countryside place.

We only stayed overnight. We quickly met the owner who was very nice and helpful. Just be careful if you are sensitive to noise at night, the house is on the roadside and the windows are not very soundproof.

Cute property!

Some friends and I were in town for a wedding and were just staying the night and the property was perfect for what we needed! It was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor thing was the building is close to the road and we could hear some traffic at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Patrick is fantastic!

We didn't stay long. We only came in after the theatre, walked out for breakfast, and checked out before heading to Mt Graylock. We got to enjoy the farm's beautiful flowers and Patrick's warm hospitality. Location was perfect to set off on our hike.

Second Drop Farm

Great place to stay. Electric fireplace provided heat and ambiance. Farm stand sold flowers and in season they have berry picking.
