We’re here to help make your Palm Beach Shores getaway absolutely perfect!

A quaint little neighborhood called Palm Beach Shores, where the beach is steps away, restaurants, and more! Family friendly and walkable!

The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back. We have a small leash right out the back because it is not fenced. You can tie your pup up there and let him/her roam!

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a smart TV to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites.

SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! This is where the queen air mattress (please note it is an air mattress some booking sites do not have this option to select) can be deployed to sleep two more - thankfully it pumps itself up! a large 55” TV with Comcast so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS)

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.

BACKYARD: is not fenced-in, but we do provide a leash tied down by the back patio door to let the pup out to roam. With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the screened in patio.

HOT TUB:
Located in the backyard, the shared hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a soothing soak surrounded by tropical plants and the peaceful sounds of nature—ideal for morning relaxation or an evening under the stars. Please note that the hot tub is shared among all four units on the property. We just ask that guests rinse before use, turn the temperature back to 98°F afterward, and securely close the lid when finished.


We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.

5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach's Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.

Enjoy a cookout with our shared BBQ in the backyard! Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use to keep it in great condition for everyone. If the propane runs out during your stay, the nearest propane swap is just two minutes away, and we’ll be happy to reimburse for any propane refills!

Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.

Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :)

We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound.

Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement.

Bookings longer than 28 nights are subject to a lease and background check.

We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.

We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.

We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee

An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 8 guests at any other time

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: Pack N Play available by request. The property is not child-proof and is not suitable for young children. While we love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times and assume liability.

NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.

Florida is subject to hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, water spouts, other high-wind events, and acts of God. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.

Reservations Yet to Begin:
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane alert with a forecast of Category 1 or higher within our Florida area, we cannot prevent these natural events. Your safety is our priority, and we may request an evacuation. Consider purchasing travel insurance for compensation if adverse weather affects your visit.

Ongoing Stays:
If a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Watch is declared while you're staying with us, please consider leaving if a Category 1 or higher hurricane is anticipated, following staff or local authorities' guidance.

Your safety and evacuation plans are your responsibility. We recommend travel insurance for compensation in case of weather-related disruptions, as adverse conditions may limit our communication abilities. Refunds won't be granted for circumstances beyond our control during storms. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

The location is amazing, and the condo is a ground floor walk up. Perfect for an affordable place to stay for a family vacation.
