Naturälskare behöver inte sin kikare eftersom hjortar, fåglar och annat djur kommer att gå med dig på dina dagliga promenader. Vill du ha lite mer äventyr än så? Hyr mopeder, cyklar och vattenskotrar i marinan.

Vi har varit Fripp Island-älskare och husägare sedan 2001 och kommer gärna att hjälpa dig att planera din Fripp Island-semester. Vi är också medlemmar i Fripp Island Club - en privat landsklubb som innehåller flera pooler, restauranger, två golfbanor, tennisbanor och planerade natur-, sociala och hantverksaktiviteter för alla åldrar. Eftersom vi är klubbmedlemmar är tillgången till denna klubb tillgänglig (för köp) för hyresgästerna i detta hem.

Lots of space close to the beach!

Ended up just being our family of 6. Plenty of room! Enjoyed the big table outside right off the kitchen for meals. Lots of wildlife! :)

Fripp Trip

We had two families with 7 small children. The house was more than spacious for us all and the beach access proximity was perfect — short boardwalk and less then 50 yards to the access point. Tons of dining and kitchen space which made having multiple families over to eat no problem. Lots more could be said, but in summary we have made yearly trips to Fripp and this has been the BEST location to stay so far !

Great place to stay while at Fripp Island

Definitely worth the stay…steps from the beach…multiple rooms to have multiple family members and friends to enjoy the time with. We enjoyed seeing all of the deer across the island and in the back yard throughout our stay. Will look at this house again when we decide to go back.

Perfect Family Stay

This home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Lots of beds, big bathrooms, and a great basement with TV and Foosball so you can exile the kids for a while! It’s steps from a beautiful, wide, sandy beach. You see deer in every yard and alligators in every pond! Such a cool place. We came down for our son’s USMC Boot Camp graduation. Even with a 45 minute drive to Parris Island, it was perfectly suited for that! We will be back to Fripp Island soon…and will stay here again! Berta is very responsive and helpful!

Excellent Location

Bikini Bottom is a fantastic home on Fripp Island. It is even nicer and bigger in person than the pictures show. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We had 2 families sharing the home and there was plenty of room to spread out. The location to the beach is wonderful. It was nice to be able to walk back and forth from the beach to the house without having to load up the golf cart each time. We've been going to Fripp for many years and this is our new favorite home. Berta is very good with communicating and responding. Can't wait to go back!

Grandsons adventure

Our grandsons help their parents with their farm and cattle, so all of them can’t get away at the same time. So we try to get them out and about. They loved the freedom of being in a secure community. Beautiful!

Amazing

Great location

Bikini Bottom is a central location on Fripp with a lot of room for very large families and friends. Berta was quick to respond. Getting on Fripp is a little bit of a hassle since it is a private island. You must go through the property owner for gate passes so if someone is going to visit (or think about visiting) get them on the list.

Graduation

We went to my granddaughter’s graduation to Parris Island, she is now a US Marine… 11 total we all had a wonderful time, the home is in Fripp Island a very clean and well maintained place… the house is beautiful, clean and very spacious, everybody had a bed to sleep in, the home is just a short walk to the beach… we loved it and we plan on coming back soon again….. no problem with communicating with the owners very prompt and fast response… Thank you

Great location!

We had a great week with 3 generations of family at Fripp! This rental was the cleanest we have ever rented at Fripp Island, and the layout was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The teens had the downstairs to themselves, the adults took the big beds upstairs, and our little kids shared the twin bedroom. Berta was quick to answer the one question we had, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

We loved the location as it is a very short walk to the beach and close to the ice cream shop. Another plus was the number of bedrooms on the first floor. We hope to stay at Bikini Bottom again.

We visited Fripp Island for the first time in 2000. We came back a month later and bought our first home here. That is a 3 bedroom home on the Ocean Creek Golf Course known as Seaside Serenity.

Simply said, we fell instantly, head-over-heels in love with Fripp. In the beginning we lived on the East Coast and were able to spend a great deal of time here. Eventually we moved to the mid-west and that first home became a rental. I enjoy the rental business so much--especially introducing First Time Fripp Island Guests to Fripp that we have over the years purchased 3 additional homes. 18 years later I still love what I do and I still have several guests from those early years that return to stay in my homes year after year.
