La maison Knowlton House - Piscine, Lac, Ski, Hiking

Built in 1889, Knowlton House is located on the Knowlton Road, a few minutes from the heart of the Victorian village of Knowlton. Large pool inground pool and a few minutes from the house, you will have access to a multitude of tourist attractions, leisure activities, good food and bucolic landscapes.

This house with a unique design in the region, with its 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, large outdoor table and heated inground pool will make your stay as a couple or a group more enjoyable.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own adjacent bathroom. The home theater area can also accommodate 4 people in its 2 queen sofa beds. The fully equipped kitchen with its huge central island is perfect for your large family, friendly or business receptions. Your stay will also give you access to 2 acres of land, an in-ground swimming pool (heated, chlorinated water), lounge chairs, a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining area under a dimly lit sky, a BBQ and a home cinema/games room (projector, board games, popcorn machine).

BEDS LAYOUT:
Bedroom 1 upstairs: 1 king bed, fully private bathroom
Bedroom 2 upstairs: 1 king bed, fully private bathroom (bath only)
Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1 double bed, fully private bathroom (shower only)
Bedroom 4 upstairs: 1 king bed, 1 king (or single) day bed, 1 crib, fully private bathroom
Bedroom 5 on the ground floor (home theater): 2 queen sofa beds, shower room.

CHILDREN/BABIES
For your little ones, you will have at your disposal a high chair, a baby bed with bars, sets of dishes/plastic utensils as well as barriers at the top and bottom of our stairs.

**ATTENTION ** If you are looking for an isolated chalet in the forest and in peace, our location may not be the right one for you. We are located on a busy road during the day (In the evening and at night it is quieter). But if you are looking for a design place, comfortable, spacious and located in the heart of the region's activities, our house will please you.

Our pricing is based on the number of people present per day. Whether your guests stay up or not, they have to pay. A $50 fee applies for additional guests. You must notify us of their presence without delay.

NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES

OUR HOUSE POLICIES:
* Please enter the exact number of people who will join you during your stay. Our pricing is fixed on the number of guest. Even if they are not sleeping over. 50$/day/person.
* Any change to the number of guests on the reservation must be made at least 5 days before arrival. No modification possible following this.
* Children over 2 years old are counted in the same way as an adult.
* The property cannot accommodate more guests than your reservation confirms.
* Checkout time is 10am. Additional charge of 50$, after 10 minutes pass checkout time.
* NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES
* A fee of $500 for violation of animal, party and smoking policies will be charged to you and will end your stay immediately without any refund possibility.
* By making a reservation with us, the guest agrees to respect our policies, our checkout time & checkout instructions.
* The guest confirms that he is also responsible for paying for any breakage, stain or damage caused to the property and its contents.
* We reserve the right to request an additional off-platform security deposit in cases where guests do not have a 5-star review on their profile.

NEIGHBORHOOD
We are located in a commercial/residential area. The house faces the street, the pool area and backyard are further back and out of sight.
