Simple perfect

This condo has the perfect view of the ocean. We watched dolphins from the balcony while drinking our coffee and listening to the sound of the waves. We highly recommend room 308.

Vacation

Very clean home, roomy enough for 3 couples without tripping over each. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice large table on balcony (could use a paint touch up) Great location. Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely book again.

Nice 3 bedroom on 3rd floor

Nice 3 bedroom on the 3rd floor with a great view. Very spacious and easy to get to. Kitchen could use a few more supplies. Nice new pots and pans and beach chairs just added to the unit. Love the big shower in the master bedroom vs the garden tub.

Spring Break 2023

Zero complaints. For our family this property was a great location, easy access to the beach, the indoor pool was perfect for the days the weather didn’t cooperate, beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and stunning ocean views from our master bed. We are happy.

Good condo

All condos that we’ve stayed at with Admirals Quarters are big and have plenty of room, which is one thing we love. Big balconies as well. This unit did not let us down there. Appliances worked great and seemed new. It could use a few more items in the kitchen and the table on the balcony was pretty rusted. The balcony rail also appeared to have a slight bend in it which would be worth looking at. The pool and beach are great at this location, although the security was very adamant about kids not throwing balls in the pool, which was pretty annoying. There was quite a bit of work being done at the building that we were not aware of until we got there. The owner and Vacasa ended up being very helpful because of this and made the trip much more enjoyable.

Great location

Nice condo. Has plenty of room and is location of the condo within the building was great! 3rd floor close to steps if you don’t want to wait for elevator…..only two for the whole building. It was close to the end so we could park close to the steps and go!!! Of course location on the beach was great! The furniture was comfy and plentiful! Master bed was good and the shower was amazing!! Living area was nice size wide and opened so you don’t feel like your watching tv close to a wall!! Could have had the kitchen stocked more but if you don’t cook it’s nothing to worry about! There is a keurig machine but you have to hold down on the top to make it work. But not a big deal to us. There was construction going on which we did not see at the bottom of the page…..under “things to know”. Vacasa should make it known at the top before reading about the condo. But the manager of the condo made it work for us! They had the balcony locked so we couldn’t use it and the manager had them unlock it for use!! We enjoyed the condo very much even with construction going on. Would recommend!
