Tequila Sunset | Pet Friendly, Hot Tub, Pier!

Tequila Sunset, a spectacular newly remodeled home on Copano Bay. Come celebrate the sunset and great fishing on a private, lighted fishing pier. The 325 ft. pier features two 1000-watt sport fishing lights that bring in the trout and reds. There is a sandy bottom along the shore line that is perfect for flounder gigging. A large, covered deck overlooks the bay, fishing pier, and the large fenced yard. Spend some quality time watching the sunset over Copano Bay from your very own private hot tub just off the back patio. Your pets are welcome too (2 dogs maximum)!

The living room and kitchen overlook Copano Bay, but if you prefer, you can watch the large screen 75 inch cable TV. New quartz countertops are featured in the spacious kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking and dining. Dine at the kitchen table or bar area while enjoying views of Copano Bay.

The large primary bedroom opens onto a deck overlooking Copano Bay. This room has a king sized bed and its own cable TV. The primary bathroom has a walk in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.

Downstairs you will find a convenience kitchenette with fridge/microwave/coffee maker and toaster downstairs. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a two bunk beds with queens on the bottom and fulls on the top, the second bedroom features a queen. The downstairs also has a private entrance.

A large, covered deck overlooks Copano Bay and the fishing pier. View year round sunsets and a variety of bird including humming birds, herons, egrets, pelicans, and roseate spoonbills. There is even a good chance you will see a dolphin during your stay. There is also access to a nearby boat and kayak ramp. We know you'll enjoy your stay!

Please Note: There are cameras on the property for security purposes and can be covered during stay for privacy (can use the coconut bra hanging on the wall provided to cover cameras)
