Lakefront 6 bedroom Upscale farmhouse.
Bring the whole family to this great place right on the water with lots of room for fun and quality time. 3 miles from downtown Huron, 7 miles from vermilion, 9.5 miles from Sports force and only 13 miles from Cedar Point.
Relax with space for everyone at our country lake retreat. Enough space for special events between the main house and the 2 cottages. Total of 9 bedrooms on our unique property. Please inquire about booking all 3 buildings for exclusive use of the entire property.
This is a large 6 bedroom upscale farm house on a shared lakefront. There are 2 other cottages, 1 is a 2 bedroom and the other a 1 bedroom loft style. The entire property is available for rent if you have a wedding or special event. Please reach out to us if you wish to hire all 3 dwellings. There is a 4 night minimum for hiring the entire property.
The main house is the centerpiece of our lakefront property. You'll have exclusive use of the home and garage recreation area. Additionally you have unrestricted use of the shared spaces including the lawn's, deck, fire-pit, and lake shore rock-beach
The Garage has been converted to a rec-room with a bar, pool table, and theater area.
Generally we are not around when our home is hired out. I do live a short drive away so if you wish for me (or my sister) to visit we'll be happy to come by as our schedules allow.
Our home and property are directly on Lake Erie with working farms on all sides. Our property is shared between 3 houses. The Large 6 bedroom main house along with 2 cottages all of which are available for rent. Outdoor spaces, including the fire pit, beach, deck and yard, are communal between the 3 spaces.
The large garage has been converted into a recreation room with a TV area, Bar, Pool table, sitting area and game table. It is heated for the cooler months. It's a great addition that really gives families space to relax if the weather is less than ideal.
Our property is a rural lakeside retreat. The cottages are typically rented separately from the main house. We ask that our guests maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 7am and to respect the space of our other guests in the cottages. Please don't park next to the cottages or block the access to their drives.
We do allow weddings on this property. Please reach out for information and the fee structure involved.
