"Czech by the Bay" is a brand-new 2bed/2bath house located in South Rockport, walking distance to Aransas Bay! Features a screened-in front porch with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying the wonderful bay life. Plenty of parking suitable for 4 full size vehicles and covered parking large enough to fit your bay boat. Property also includes a fully enclosed backyard.

Minutes from downtown Rockport where you can explore the local shops, Rockport beach, festival area, and plenty of places to cast a line in the water.

This home has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. In addition, the living room sofa has a pull out queen memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space. House sleeps a total of 6 guests.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, smart TVs in every room, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, etc. There is also a dining table that can seat up to 6 people and a dinette table that can seat 4 people.

This is a good property that is a good jump point to the area attractions. Rockport has a good beach and downtown art scene.

Weekend Getaway

Took a quick weekend trip to explore Rockport. We had a lovely time. The house was great. Very clean, spacious, close to the town square and Rockport Beach Park. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place; will go back

This cottage was in the top 3 favorites of the dozens of VRBO rentals I have stayed in over the years. It was a great size for 2 people, although it could accommodate more; kitchen was well-equipped; the place was spotless; excellent value. I will definitely go back.

Great stay

Nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. The screened in porch at the front of the house was definitely a plus, in addition to the fenced backyard for our dog. Great neighborhood for walks and only a short walk to the bay. The location was perfect...very convenient to everything.

Everything was perfect!

This was an amazing place to stay! It was well stocked with everything you might need. The host was quick to respond when the microwave broke down. We had a new microwave the very next day. I will definitely try to stay here next year:)

Rockport Fun

Loved our stay in Keaton’s house. Very clean, well equipped, comfy beds and a great location. We didn’t want to leave!!! Owner checked in on us when Alberto came calling. That was very much appreciated! Can’t wait to return!! Five stars !!

Just as great as the first time!

This is our favorite VRBO rental in Rockport. It’s perfect for my husband and I and two dogs. Clean, well-appointed and great location. Always great communication with the host. Will definitely be back.

Clean and Well-Equipped Getaway

Perfectly situated near all Rockport has to offer and convenient to Port A / Corpus. Quiet neighborhood. Property is nicely appointed and has all the kitchenware, laundry / bath facilities, and furniture our family needed for a comfortable stay. The screened in front porch was fantastic for enjoying the breeze without the mosquitos. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Rockport.

Our Favorite Short Term Rental in Rockport

We try to stay here when it’s available. It’s always clean and well appointed. Has everything we need, great location and very accommodating for us and our two dogs. The screened-in porch is a great spot for morning coffee. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Keaton is great with communication. Once again, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful weekend stay!

This place was clean and well-appointed. Just two blocks from the walking path and shoreline where we enjoyed walking our two pups every day. We also really enjoyed the private backyard, which not many rentals have in Rockport. Just know there’s no access to the yard from inside the house, so you’ll have to leash up any Houdini dogs to take them out. :) Also loved the welcome snack basket! Overall great stay - wished we could have been there longer!

Wow! Super impressed with Rockport property

Very clean property. Down in area for a fishing trip. Needed a place I could park my boat and trailer. Walked in the door and called my wife to tell her she should have come. Bed was comfortable, kitchen supplies were more than sufficient. Would definitely rent again next spring.

Very nice cottage.

We experienced problems with the entry code given us by VRBO. Finally called the owner and he gracially provided the correct code. The cottage was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Overall just a real nice place.

Czech marks the spot

What a great stay. We had an amazing time walking along the water and sitting on the screened - In porch. Excellent accommodations so close downtown Rockport. It is in a busy neighborhood but is still so quiet and peaceful. Everyone we came across was friendly. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and there is plenty of seating. If you are looking for a getaway place that feels far away but is so close to everything Fulton and Rockport have to offer this is the place to be. We will certainly be back.

Memorial Day getaway

Other than being issued the incorrect code for the door, and the waiting on the porch for a response, the house was kept neat, & cool. The fridge needed to be wiped down, but the kitchen had all the appliances, pans, cooking utensils & spices. Toiletries (shampoo & hand soap) were filled halfway, along with dish soap & a used sponge.

Excellent property

Fishing trip for our husbands and relaxation for we two ladies. Adorable. Little house is clean comfortable and cute. Especially enjoyed the front porch. Spent many hours on the porch. Area is Great for walking. Enjoyed the quiet. Kitchen was well appointed, except for missing a cutting board. Beds were comfy. Owner was very interested in how to make the property better. We definitely would stay here again.

Great location.

My spouse and I stayed. It’s really close to everything. Good location to also jump in the ferry not too far to go to Port Aransas. The kitchen is stocked and with pods for coffee too. We wanted someplace low key and be able to walk our dogs. Lots if neighbors walking their dogs. You can walk a couple of blocks to the bay to see the sunrise. We really only had one problem of which I talked to the host about. Everything else was fine.
