NY & FÖRBÄTTRAD! Denna rymliga och tysta, lyxiga 3-nivås lägenhet i den historiska "Pick and Gad" -byggnaden i Telluride. Centralt läge i staden är ett eller två kvarter från skidlift, gondol, stadspark, flod, spår, bibliotek och barer och restauranger i Tellurides huvudgata.

Nyligen renoverade har gjort denna fantastiska stadsbostad totalt 5 BR (2 sovrum med king size-sängar, 2 sovrum med queen size-sängar, + ett tredje sovrum med en enkelsäng plus trundel under. Nedervåningen ingång / mudroom med parkering utanför gatan. Också ett stort vardagsrum med expansiv soffa för överflödesbädd eller uppblåsningsbädd. NY loft stil högt i tak med 2 200 + kvadratmeter boyta. Designer inredda och belysning med utomhus däck och en gated yard. Vardagsrummet har 42 "plattskärms-HDTV. Däck och matsal adjoin nytt kök med restaurerad vintage spis.

Översta våningen master svit har 270 graders utsikt med privat däck. De två befintliga sovrummen har utsikt över skidbreen och Telluride-biblioteket, och sedan är en annan master svit på marknivå som kan låsas separat. Lägenheten har en privat nedre entré, trädfylld gård, ett fullt utrustat kök med moderna apparater, kaklade badrum och en reserverad parkeringsplats.

Den huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är på två nivåer med kök, frukost bar, matsal, vardagsrum och franska dörrar som öppnar på ett däck för grill och utsikt över bergen.

Fantastic location! Beautiful space.

My children, grandchildren and I enjoyed a wonderful ski week at this perfectly located condo in Telluride. The gondola from Telluride to the ski village is very close — basically 2 blocks. The shops, restaurants, pharmacy, library, museum, etc. are in close walking distance. We rented a car for the week but never needed it. The condo is spacious and very well stocked. It has everything you could want. We hope to return next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Exceptional property, excellent location

The property itself was amazing. We had a party of 7 dudes, and there was more than enough beds and bathrooms for all. We made several meals in the kitchen which was very well stocked. The location can’t be beat: ski-boot walking distance to the gondola! The owner was very easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us.

Wonderful stay

Awesome property and great location! Was a wonderful week! Only issue was lack of available parking for a second vehicle other than street at limited locations, but in the future will not need to rent a car, as everything was within easy walking distance.

Town Fun

Great location to downtown and gondola. Comfortable bedrooms especially top and bottom masters with steam showers. 5th bedroom very small, good for children. Kitchen average equipped with 1950’s stove/oven which gives the kitchen character, but the oven is too small with only 1 rack. Hard to get items in/out. Overall, very nice house in our #1 favorite town in CO we visit regularly. ENJOY

Great location in Downtown Telluride

Cute house that is very suitable for two families with 2-3 kids each. Very convenient to gondola and all restaurants/amenities in town. The kitchen supplies/appliances were a little lacking, but this did not negatively impact our stay. I recommend this home for your Telluride stay.

As described and well appointed

Very well appointed home. This home sits at the intersection of old and new. Lots of brick and steal and glass. I loved it. Towel warmers and steam showers were a big hit with our crew. A little tucked away yet close to everything.

What. A. Trip.

From beginning to end, communication with the owner was easy and clear. The property itself was just as described in the listing, with an absolutely perfect location in town. Short walk to restaurants/bars, the gondola, shopping, etc.. We had more than enough room, Each couple basically had an entire floor to themselves.

We stayed here for a week with two families. Very close to the gondola (2 blocks) and downtown Telluride. Plenty of space for our two families. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!!

Highly recommend this location. We had a group of 9 and had plenty of room. We were in town for our annual ski trip and this place fit the bill. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. The gondola is only a couple blocks away. Renting an overnight ski locker in Mountain Village made the whole experience even better. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Telluride!

Fabulous Telluride Hub

We seven adults had such a great time in this spacious, well-appointed condo -- our hub for the 49th Telluride Film Fest. Everyone had a place of privacy yet there was a wonderful common area for us to cook, eat, play and spend quality time together. The location is in the heart of the town of Telluride -- close to everything! The owner was kind and accommodating (thanks, JJ!). We look forward to next time!

Amazing Stay!

We had a group of 8 adults (4 couples) who stayed at this property, and we all agreed on how amazing it was! The location is perfect if you're wanting to ski during the day and enjoy Telluride downtown at night. It's less than 2 blocks from the Gondola to get up the mountain (or hit the Madeline Spa and other great places in Mountain Village), and you can ski all the way down to the gondola base at the end of the day. It's walking distance to all the amazing downtown restaurants/bars for the fun nightlife! JJ was super easy to work with, and the home was very unique and comfortable. We had plenty of space to cook, eat together, watch the Super Bowl, and sit around a table playing cards at night. All the basics were provided (shampoo, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.), which made life easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, with each couple having their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Telluride!

Wonderful stay in Telluride!

My now wife and I were getting married and looking for a place that us, our dogs, and several of our friends could all stay together. This townhouse was a great size, location, and completely remodeled. We stayed during the beginning of fall but I would recommend it for all seasons. It's close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the gondola. The property managers were close by, super friendly, and very helpful.We would stay here again and I recmmend it to anyone looking for a house this size.

Loved it!

Excellent property in excellent location gave us the freedom to do just about anything we wanted! Great working with JJ - he was timely with all communication! My only recommendation would be to stock kitchen up with a bit more silverware- since the house sleeps so many. Other than that , it was awesome! Would stay here again!
