Farm Sweet Farm is a relaxing country retreat for the whole family and is close to Water Works water park, Ray Roberts Lake, downtown Denton(13 minutes), Aubrey, Valley View, and Pilot Point. The Farmhouse sleeps 10. It also includes a spacious covered back porch and a huge pavilion with a kitchen. Enjoy inside or outside gatherings, visit the donkeys, watch the sunset, and experience the country. We have the eero WIFI Mesh system as well as 18,000 live channels with PPV, and premium channels like HBO, Showtime, Cinemax etc. Also, 8,400 series, and 60,000 movies and we update all the time. We have all the sports channels, Sunday Ticket, MLB, NBA. Note: Firewood not provided. For safety, we have three Ring spotlight cameras facing out towards the front, back and garage areas as well as a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. No inside cameras. Retreat to Farm Sweet Farm!

Wedding disapppintment

We rented this property as our family HOME BASE as we celebrated our son’s wedding. We planned to have close family stop by for coffee morning after the wedding as they departed. The week of our wedding, the Owners NO GUESTSThey advertise their huge table, outdoor fellowship 
 and upon checkin, the outdoor furniture

We came to Dallas to visit with family and to watch the eclipse. The house was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and Mike was very communicative.

Great Stau

This is a beautiful private property with lots of space and comfort! I’d highly recommend staying here. It was quiet, AC worked great, beds were comfy, new washer and dryer, great recliners in the living room, loved the outdoor area! Got try it yourself!!

Wedding weekend

Stayed at the house with my family. Ages 6 months to 91 years of age! House and property were just as described. House was clean, back yard with fire pit was awesome and owners did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.

Remote Country Farmhouse

This is a older farmhouse that has been renovated fully. While the exterior of the house is nothing special, the inside is very nice and was really clean. There are 4 roomy bedrooms, but only 2 full bathrooms (with one inside the master bedroom) so the other three bedrooms in theory all share the same pretty small bath. Backyard includes a very large patio and covered gazebo with built-in grill - this would be a great spot to host a large group where you can gather outside and cook. If you are counting on getting take-out food from restaurants or going out to eat just remember that you are a solid 15+ minute drive to most of the grocery stores and nicer restaurants in Denton. For us this house served our purpose well and we would stay there again.
