This section of New Smyrna Beach is on the “No Drive” section which is great for full access to the beach and water without vehicle traffic. Great for family beach activities. The Condo was recently remodeled and updated and has new cabinets, furniture and appliances throughout.

Fantastic Condo on New Smyrna Beach

This was not only the most visually appealing condo that we have ever stayed in, but it was also better stocked than any other vacation home that we have previously stayed in at the beach. Every item that we could think of- kitchen utensils, beach chairs & toys, bathroom items, etc.- were all taken care of for you. The condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The views are amazing and the beach is lovely, with white sand and clear blue water. Perfect for families and/or couples without kids as well. Check in and check out were simple, and all communication with the host was responded to within hours. I can’t recommend this lovely vacation spot enough!

We loved our stay! Very easy check in process, listing was accurate, and home was very well stocked with everything needed. The welcome basket/card was such a nice touch! We loved the views and listening to the ocean

Fun Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is a lovely condo in a great location stocked with everything needed. The owners were extremely attentive with their communication and also with all the thoughtful amenities provided. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. Although it was too cold to swim while we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing view and beach and even got to see a satellite launch from the balcony. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for the wonderful restaurant recommendations!

We had a wonderful reunion in NSB. The condo was perfect for 3 couples. It had a gorgeous view of the ocean and all the amenities were fabulous. Would rent it again.

Clean, Comfortable, Calm

This condo was spotless, so nicely decorated and in an area of the beach that was quiet. There were so many traveling essentials already provided and the kitchen, pantry and linen closets were full of towels (regular & beach), blankets, etc
 Check-in & checkout was super easy and appreciate the detailed email before arriving with all the info we needed. We loved that they had a cage near outside that had lots of beach chairs/umbrellas and pool toys! My family truly enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again next year!

Incredible Ocean Front Vacation Condo

We had an amazing vacation at this incredible ocean front condo. Besides being tastefully furnished and decorated, our hosts thoughtfully provided everything needed to make our stay stress free and memorable. It really felt like home for a few wonderful days. Amazing views of the ocean

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was gorgeous and the views were absolutely amazing. I did not want to leave it was such a wonderful vacation spot. We enjoyed lots of good food locally and long walks on the beach.

Family Reunion 2023

The location was ideal as could see the beach and ocean from the main kitchen/family room as well as from the master bedroom. We cooked meals and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The condo is impeccably decorated with attention to details yet still very comfortable. Everyone commented on how well they slept in their beds. We swam in the pool and ocean; took long walks along the beach and enjoyed the sauna. We played games and watched movies at night. Lovely memories were made.

Perfect stay in beautiful home

Family get-together for husband's 66th birthday. Wonderful views of the ocean and a great location in New Smyrna Beach. The property was well-equipped and decorated beautifully. Everyone felt it was the nicest VRBO they had ever stayed in. The hosts were fantastic and responsive to all questions. We all hope to have an opportunity to stay with them again.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and just as described! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to book with these owners. They were always prompt to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect and it was very quiet when we were there and was not crowded at all. The condo was extremely well stocked to the point you really didn’t need to go to the store to buy much extra other than some food and had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc which is extremely helpful when you fly and can’t bring these things with you. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return and highly recommend to others!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The property was beautifully kept and had more amenities than expected. The check in and check out process was seamless. The location is perfect. The property was spotless and had everything that one would need for a vacation with family, including two small children, ages 1 and 4. Best Stocked VRBO Ever

I can not say enough wonderful things about this condo! It was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in the unit to the moment we stepped on to the beach, we were in awe over this place! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need! The living room area was comfortable and allowed us to look out at the ocean while relaxing! Everything was provided for a perfect day at the beach: chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys, even Yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! Not only was the condo perfect inside, the area and the condominium complex we stayed in was safe and clean! At night we were able to visit many cute local shops and try out the local restaurants. It was truly a PERFECT getaway!

Perfection at the Beach!

MUST Stay! 10 Stars!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It exceeded our expectations and I can honestly say is the best one we have ever stayed at. I would give 10+ stars for everything. Great updates, great location, beautiful view, VERY clean, had everything you need from dish soap, plastic baggies, laundry soap, hair dryer, toiletries, to cords, to cups for beach, full kitchen appliances, paper towels, plush toilet paper, plush towels, to perfect view, everything to go to the beach (chairs, towels, shovels, games, toys for kids). The owners thought of everything you would need! I felt like this was home away from home for it literally had everything. Very convenient and secure place to stay! Beach very clean too. I loved the Small touches including a welcome basket of goodies with a hand written letter from Terri & Curt. The owners are very organized with ease of communication and a quick glance binder for visitors with food recommendations. There was 6 of us (2 kids under 10) would easily fit 8 comfortably. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice. My daughter lost her first tooth and the tooth fairy even found us here! We will definitely be coming back here to stay.

Beautiful ocean front beach resort!

Our focus was an ocean stay, and this was perfect. Our grandchildren loved the pool and of course the beach. It is a perfect beach for long walks, sand art and finding shells. Everything was very well furnished and beautiful. The kitchen was the most complete that we have ever had in stays. The grands loved their bedroom and the bunkbeds were perfect for "littles". They loved the puzzles and books too. The adult beds were very comfortable. Beautiful lanai views. We had never been at New Smyrna Beach before. Great area and the provided information from the owners was very helpful. Thank you!! The only thing we would add would be a hot tub on the cooler days.

We are Curt & Terri at The Surf & Racquet Condo in New Smyrna Beach. We have lived in the Orlando, FL area for more than 25 years and have owned this condo for 3 years. Curt is currently an Airline Pilot for a major airline and Terri is a retired Flight Attendant. We moved here for family, raised our kids here and love living here.
We did a major update / remodel on the condo after we bought it, then lived there for two years while completing a remodel on our current house. We are very familiar with the condo unit, the building and living in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a great place to live or visit.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

New Smyrna Beach has so much to offer for everyone and everyone’s pace. Relax, swim, ride bikes, go fishing, enjoy a great night out on Flagler or Canal St or lay in the sun and nap. The Condo is located on a quiet section of the no-drive beach but close to everything. The view from the main bedroom, looking out over the ocean and beach is special every day.
