Relax at this beautiful condo in the quiet area of Tamarindo. This freshly remodeled 2 bedroom property offers modern amenities, a refreshing pool, 2 full bathrooms, and a quiet location that balances convenience and privacy. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on your private balcony surrounded by monkeys, iguanas, and other wildlife. Take a 15 minute stroll to the beach and explore the town or go on a tour - Possibilities are endless!
This air-conditioned second-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom gated condominium is perfect for small groups of friends and families. In a quiet area of Tamarindo, it has all the amenities for groups to relax and enjoy.
The spacious condo has an open floor plan with new kitchen cabinets with tons of storage space and granite countertops. The large island allows for guests to both cook and hangout at the same time and doubles as an eating space. The kitchen comes complete with a coffee maker, filtered clean drinking water, new dishes, pots and pans. There is also a new washer and dryer, a safe for personal items, beach / pool towels, bamboo beach mats, boogie boards, beach balls, and yoga mats.
Free WiFi and cable TV provide entertainment in the living room on a large flat screen TV. There is a new pull-out queen size sofa bed to sleep additional guests and comfortable velvet chairs for intimate gatherings. Outside is a large sized patio with a dining set, perfect for meals with the whole group. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. It has a large comfortable queen-sized bed, a private balcony, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is oversized with a queen-sized bed and a fold out futon, which can sleep one additional adult for extra large groups. There’s plenty of space for up to 7 guests to relax and unwind after an adventurous day. There are two full-sized bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, new vanities and oversized mirrors, and a brand new tankless water heater. This property just added a whole new water system which include tank, pump, and filter - this means no water shortage and that guests can freshen up throughout the day!
The gated complex has tons of lush trees and greenery, frequently visited by monkeys and other Costa Rican wildlife right outside your balcony. It has a refreshing swimming pool for those that want to cool off, along with a shared barbecue grill and a picnic area. One secure parking spot is available for your vehicle.

My name is Bill Ripley. Along with my wife Nancy, own Horizon Pacific Management and Rentals as well as a house in Tamarindo. We’ve owned our house since 2006 and bought this company in February, 2008.
I was born and raised in a little town outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey known as Mays Landing. I graduated High School in 1972 and for the next few years, worked, traveled and went to 3 different colleges but never received a degree. I fell in love with the woman of my dreams who has been my friend since early Elementary school. We married in 1978 and are still best friends today…at least that’s what she still tells me!
Nancy was born and raised in the same town. She also graduated High School in 1972 and then went to Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia where she received her degree in Elementary Education. Through our early years of marriage, she was an elementary teacher in Mays Landing and as well as Mt. Pleasant, SC after we moved.
We’ve raised 2 children. Our daughter, Corinne is married to Bradd Johnson and they have 3 children: Dylan, Anabelle and Samy. Our son, Chris graduated, finishing his degree in Visual Communications at Hawaii Pacific University.
After marrying and having our children in Mays Landing, we moved to Isle of Palms, South Carolina in 1990 because we wanted to live in a coastal community with a better quality of life to raise them. I started working for Island Realty which is a Resort Rental and Real Estate Company on Isle of Palms that has grown to manage over 500 short and long term properties as well as a number of Home Owner Associations. I worked of this same company since 1991 and Nancy has worked for them since 1995. I am a Real Estate Sales broker with over 18 years experience in residential, resort, commercial sales and management. Nancy did the bookkeeping for Island Realty for 14 plus years. Also, she was the bookkeeper for 7 years for a company that we owned before moving to the Isle of Palms.

We totally enjoy our time in Costa Rica, we feel blessed for this opportunity and hope that we will be a blessing to many of the people we come in contact with while living this adventure.
We have a great staff at Horizon Pacific and even though we are commuting back and forth from Isle of Palms to Tamarindo, with the internet and phone communication, I am very active in the day to day operations of Horizon Pacific and the management of the properties when not in Tamarindo.
