My favorite so far!

So very happy with our rental. We have been coming to the Crescent for over 20 years and as our children are not teenagers and adults this was perfect for everyone. It made my son's 16th birthday perfect. Will definitely rent again. Thank you so much!

Good but beach service is an issue

The condo was great- there was an issue with the sliding glass door (would not open) that was fixed on our last day of the trip. Having to go down and reserve beach chairs everyday is unfortunate- many places you reserve the first day and it remains for the whole week however, here you had to go down every morning and wait in line for them to open at 9am (and you would never get front row even if you wait an hour before). Overall clean and great location.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and found the location to be excellent! We're sorry for the inconvenience with the sliding glass door and truly appreciate your patience while it was resolved. And thank you for your thoughtful insight on the beach chair reservation process—we completely understand how frustrating it can be when relaxation time feels more like a daily chore. We’ll certainly pass along your feedback to explore more guest-friendly solutions in the future. It’s comments like yours that help us improve, and we’d be thrilled to welcome you back for an even smoother stay next time!

Cleanliness could be better. Flat sheet in King size bedroom had blood stains on sheet. And the condition of the coffee maker well it didn’t work. We stayed in this condo 2 yrs ago.

Unit 401

Beautiful unit perfect for our family. No issues with the Crescent or the unit itself. Coffee maker was acting weird and clothes dryer was finicky. Middle bedroom was a little warm, but fans were discovered that helped out. Other than the few small issues, everything was great!

We appreciate you pointing out the minor issues with the coffee maker, dryer, and the middle bedroom temperature—your feedback helps us improve. We're glad the fans helped and that everything else met your expectations. We hope to welcome you back for another wonderful stay soon!
