Welcome to the Villa on Vanderbilt! This brand new, fully stocked home has everything you need for your time in Naples. It is located a short 10-minute walk from the beach and a 3-minute drive to the Mercato center, which is filled with shops, restaurants and nightlife. After a day at the beach, enjoy your private, screened in pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating area.

Located in the heart of Naples Park on the prestigious Vanderbilt Drive. Very close to some of the best restaurants and shops the area has to offer. Walking distance to the beach.

We have a camera at the entrance of the home that faces the exterior. Guests may turn it off during their stay if they choose. The camera is only used for security purposes.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home! While our number one rule is to have fun, we have implemented the following set of house rules in order to keep it a safe & clean environment for our valued guests. At no point should more than the pre-approved number of guests be on the premises. Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm. Any damages must be immediately reported to the host. Guests are not permitted to change the pool heater settings unless given permission to do so by the host. The cleaning fee includes 6 hours of cleaning after guest check-out. Should a guest leave the home in a state that requires additional cleaning time, an additional $50/hour cleaning fee will be imposed, with a 1 hour minimum.
