At Big Fish Rentals... This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath beachfront condo is on a 4th FLOOR! View the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the South Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 6 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and new countertops. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there are many pools at this resort and has direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we love this suite!

This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Our two-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor sleeps up to 6 comfortably and the main bedroom has 1 King and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Full beds. Two private bathrooms, and a separate living area. The remodeled kitchen has everything including new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, and veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area so you can enjoy views of the ocean!

From the living area, you can walk out to the private balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a shower/tub combination.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

Please treat yourself to everything that our condo and Sea Watch Resort have to offer, you won't regret it!

NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st

NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.

During winter months, only 2 outdoor North Tower pool deck spas are operational; 1 is closed. This directive also applies to the South Tower Pool Deck during winter months; only 2 of the 4 outside spas are operational.

Beware - kept security deposit and stopped communicating

Prior to the start of our trip, communication was great. We received detailed instructions on check in and what to do during our stay. Upon arrival, I communicated a leaky faucet to the rental company and they responded via email within minutes. The condo was clean but older and dingy. The water pressure was terrible and the temperature was hard to maintain. When guests in adjoining condos used their hot water the pipes rattled through the walls and woke us all up. On the last day of our stay I emailed the management company to let them know that the coffee maker had stopped working. We didn't damage it; I turned it on and it simply decided to not make coffee that morning. I wanted them to know so it could be fixed for the next guest. Two days later I received an email that my entire $150 security deposit was being kept because we "broke" the coffee maker. I have sent 3 emails to the management company asking for more details, and 2 messages via VRBO over the last 2 weeks. All have gone unanswered. I find it quite ridiculous that I am being charged for something I 1) did not "break", 2) notified them of - as I could have not said anything, 3) costs less than $40 to replace and 4) am not able to have a reasonable conversation with anyone about it. Supplies and equipment wear down and break over time, especially in a rental with multiple guests. Should you choose to stay here, I hope you are not another unlucky guest who has something stop working during your stay!

Busy busy busy but nice.

Condo was ok….needs some work/updates. 2nd bathroom is super small with lukewarm water & terrible water pressure. View was great! Resort is busy…always music playing & something going on. If you don’t rent beach chairs/umbrellas for your stay, you gotta fight for a spot on the beach behind them. Overall it wasn’t bad. Just not very calm & relaxing.
