AdemĂĄs, cuenta con servicio de conserjerĂa, de seguridad 24/7 y con estacionamiento gratis dentro del edificio.
El aire acondicionado y el calentador portĂĄtil son a pedido y de pago.
La entrada al departamento es mediante un cerrojo digital cuyo cĂłdigo de acceso se proporcionarĂĄ antes del check-in.

Just one block and a half from Kennedy Park, Central Park, the Municipality and just 05 blocks from Benavides Metropolitan Bus Station that takes you to downtown Lima in aprox.15 minutes.
Within walking distance of most attractions (Larcomar, Parque del Amor and the MalecĂłn de la Reserva).

You have everything very close as supermarkets (Metro, Wong and Vivanda), The Civil Police Station (Serenazgo), pharmacies (InkaFarma, MiFarma), minimarkets, handicraft shops, bus station (Airport Express Lima Buses), Benavides Bus Stop Station (Metropolitan Transport), bars, discos (to enjoy a great nightlife).
Barbershops and spas, cinemas, cafes and restaurants to enjoy peruvian and international cuisine. In addition, vegetarian restaurants.
