Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 35 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house!

Great stay! Cute neighborhood, very clean and comfortable house. Convenient to beaches and restaurants, stocked with beach gear and great pool and pool deck area. Perfect spot for a family with two teenagers.

Fabulous house in delightful golf community

This spacious home in Lely with lanai and pool is a perfect relaxing location away from the crowded tourist area of downtown Naples. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the sun rise above the golf course. Plenty of space away from early golfers and other residential buildings. A 15-20 minute drive takes you to downtown Naples or Marco Island. Excellent food choices in both directions. The surrounding community is lovely and well maintained. We would definitely book again.

A very nice property in a great location.

Really everything was great, the only things I wished I’d had were a few amenities. Since I’m renting a house, I expect to be cooking. The barbecue grill had no gas and I wanted to grill but I was not going to buy gas for a couple of days. there was no oil, no vinegar, no plastic wrap, no aluminum foil just the basic things you need to reach for when doing any kind of cooking. Some of the plates were dirty and had to be cleaned, in the master bathroom. The right hand sink handle for the hot water was off but that’s OK. I just want to make sure you know it was not me. Other than having to buy just the basic stuff in order to cook it was a fantastic property and a wonderful stay. The location was great, the pool was great. being on the golf course was great. I would stay here again just spruce up on the little every day necessities needed in order to buy a steak and barbecue it without having to think about the little things.

Beware of VACASA: Lack of local support

The property is what I have come to expect from VRBO home rentals: very clean and spacious, modernized with up-to-date furnishings; pool/lanai perfect for lounging. Neighbourhood is attractive, and location is excellent for golfers. However, lots of driving is necessary to take advantage of Naples attractions. BUT and this is a considerable BUT....... VACASA, the listing company on VRBO, purports to have available via local management teams. Initially, there were many apologies and promises of help to remedy a problem. Our problem?? The refrigerator was not functioning when we arrived, and still wasn't when we left compelling us to eat out rather than prepare meals at home. After 6 days of texting and calling the support line at VACASA no response was forthcoming from local management in Naples. We had to escalate the request to the supervisory management level at the main office before something was done – a modest refund was issued. It should never have reached that level, and sadly it tainted an otherwise positive experience.
