The Little Farm Fontana

Cozy cottage less than 2 miles from Fontana Beach and the sought after Geneva Lake! Minutes away from The Abbey Resort and just across the street from Abbey Springs Golf course, relax in this beautifully located home away from home out in the country with the luxury of quick and easy access to shopping and dining. We are within 15 minutes of downtown Lake Geneva if you are planning a day trip or a night on the town.



This guest house is set back on a 2.25 acre property surrounded by the serene beauty of rural Fontana, WI. Enjoy a cozy fire in the wood burning stove during your winter stay or a bonfire out back during the warmer days.



*Please note the 2nd bedroom is an open space on the main floor that opens up to the staircase, living and dining areas. Also note that the bathroom is located on the second floor*



The house has its own driveway and private back yard.



We live on the property so while you can enjoy your own private space we are nearby if needed.

Overall experience was great. Communication was prompt and helpful. The space had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We were also thankful for a strong WiFi connection due to our carrier low cell signal.

This place was ideal! Beautiful, peaceful, convenient to stores, gas and things to do. Brian and Jackie were the perfect hosts and if anything was needed they took care of it immediately. I would book them again no questions asked.

Very nice stay - the property is quiet and backs up to a small marshy area that attracts some wildlife (saw deer, chipmunks and lots of different birds). Easy drive to the lake or into Lake Geneva and Fontana. We had everything we needed and had a very enjoyable stay.

Adorable Cabin

The place was beautiful! We loved the property! So many little extras like books to read, games to play, and all the kitchen amenities you could need. We would love to stay again in the summer to enjoy the backyard fire pit. The hosts were easy to reach whenever we had any questions. Definitely a great experience!

Our first visit at The Little Farm Fontana

We had an exceptional experience in our stay at The Little Farm Fontana. While we regularly travel to Lake Geneva, this was our first time staying in Fontana. The owners were a pleasure to work with, from our initial communication to the point and time of our check-out. The home was immaculate, comfortably appointed, and is situated in a serene setting. The property is convenient located between Lake Geneva and Fontana. We look forward to future opportunities to once again stay at this property.
