Stay was great

Perfectly adequate for someone wanting to get out of the MI cold for a month. 2 blocks from the beach. Green space for enjoying outside without having to travel. Add to that the price was reasonable, was a win for us.

If you are looking for a damp, dark unit with paper thin walls, loud neighbours, inaccurate/ fraudulent listing details, and a hostile host bordering on verbally abusive, then this is the place to stay. From check-in we had a very frustrating experience with the host, which had a huge impact on the rest of the stay. After escalating the issue to VRBO, their tone changed after a few days, but there was little effort from the host to reconcile and make the stay more enjoyable.

Denied access, Check-in and Check-out information. Never stayed here.

We paid 100% up front at the time of booking in early January. We never received any information for access, Check-in and Check-out for staying at this condo. The phone number available would not accept incoming calls. Contacted VRBO and they are in the process of getting us a full refund. We did stop by this place later in the week and talked to Owner who happened to be there and he said the two ladies that were hired as hosts for this property, double booked some properties and also kept the money from the various tenants. He also stated that he & his wife are in the process of re-booking the condos. We have no idea how this is going, but wish them well! Very frustrating, and what a way to ruin a vacation!
