Denna 625 kvadratmeter 1 sovrum, 1. 5 badrum lägenhet 6 sovplatser och har ett uppdaterat kök och en extra halv bad. Det är idealiskt beläget i River Run Village så att du bara är några steg från shopping, restauranger och festligheter. Dessutom är du en kort promenad från höghastighetsgondolen.

Ingången har monterade krokar och en bänk för din bekvämlighet när du kommer och går hela dagen. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV monterad ovanför en vacker eldstad och en bäddsoffa i stor storlek. Det finns också en Murphy-säng som kan dras ut på natten för ytterligare sovarrangemang. Extra lakan och filtar finns i en garderob. Den privata balkongen ligger precis utanför vardagsområdet och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt.

Det stora köket är utrustat med alla nödvändiga köksredskap och porslin du behöver för att göra en måltid hemifrån och har bänkskivor i granit och apparater i rostfritt stål. Matsalen har bekvämt fyra platser med ytterligare tre platser i frukostbaren. Det finns ett halvt badrum nära ingången och det har en piedestal handfat, dusch med skjutbara glasdörrar och egen ingång till master bad toalettområdet. Try a different unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the bldg and pool but the unit needed a screen in the bedroom which didn't get replaced while we were there.I also called to get a pitcher but they had none. They gave a number to call for help but I tried several times and housekeeping never picked up. I then called maintenance, they answered but that didn't turn out to help either. The couch was ok, bed was good but the wood furniture is old and very warn. We would definitely use Summit Country Mountain Retreats another time- just a different unit!

There was 5 small bath towels, no extras for going to the pool or hot tub and took over a day to get more towels. So overall not bad, but not a place to stay with lots of room and great service.

Can't wait to come back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is exactly what I hope to see for a summer visit to what is probably mostly known for a winter sports resort. The landscaping is beautiful and the summer garden boxes are stunning. The resort and village were uncrowded and had plenty of restaurants open to handle breakfast, lunch and dinner. The unit was fresh and clean with every amenity imaginable. The rental staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was here for a business trip and I am already planning a return trip with my fly fishing gear.

Great Location

The location, hot tub, and heated garage make this property hard to pass up. The actual unit is okay. All beds were horribly uncomfortable and it was very tiny. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. The listing lied about 2 toilets, there is only ONE toilet. There are 2 showers though. We enjoyed a week here, but due to the lack of restful sleep, couldn’t have made it much longer. Highly recommend the location though.

Nice place and location

Expedition Station is a short walk to the gondola and even shorter to the shops and restaurants. The small ice rink is right out the front door. Management is very nice and respond promptly to any needs or questions.

Stubbed Toes

After rereading the reviews i think this listing is accurate. My number one complaint is that this property should not be listed as accommodating 6 people. This is a very small space. There is no storage for luggage and furniture needs to be moved nightly to make room for sleep arrangements. I felt like every time i walked through the space i had to turn sideways, climb over something and often knocked something over. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would compare this stay to a holiday inn with a kitchen. The property management was great. Always answered calls and met our requests. The pool, hot tub and steam room were a great feature. The location was amazing. I would recommend this for a couple and it will be a totally different experience. Aside from that, it simply doesn’t work for a family comfortably.

Ski trip

I stayed here February 6-10th with my dad for his 50th birthday. We loved the location and the heated parking garage so we could just leave our ski gear in the car instead of having it in the room over night. However, one of the showers would not give us hot water. I responded to their email asking how the stay was and they followed up with a text message saying that they would fix it, but the shower was never fixed. The coffee pot did not work right and we had grounds in our pot every morning no matter what we did. The space in there is also SO tight and not comparable to the pictures. You almost have to turn sideways to walk in front of the fireplace and squeeze past the coffee table. And when the pull out couch is down, you have to step over it to get through that area. The pictures make it seem more spacious. They also only provide 1 small humidifier that did not make a difference. Overall, it was fine because we spent most of our day outside and the location is great. But I think they could make furniture adjustments to make it more comfortable. It was just the two of us and we truly did not think that 4 people could stay there.

Was good for what we needed

Plus the garage parking (A little tight though!) was excellent never had to worry about parking. The only downside I noticed was the lack of space to properly stretch before skiing other than that the place was great. Thank you!
