Steps from the beach, newly renovated, very clean, great reviews, 3 bedrooms 2 baths. Wonderful beach, great view. Close to Sea Pines resort and other attractions where you can walk or rent a bike and go for a joy ride up the beach. Full size washer and dryer for your conveniences. Reviews are not uploaded to owner currently but hopefully soon!
Attention and detail to furnishings to provide you and your family the wonderful experience you deserve.

Great Location- Will stay again!

This beach house has a perfect location—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool. Our toddlers had a blast in the lazy river connected to the pool, while we parents enjoyed relaxing at the poolside bar and grill. The house itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and exceptionally clean. Every detail felt carefully considered, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Very easy and quick communication with the owner, as well! Can’t beat it!

Great stay and great owners

We had a great week staying at this property. We enjoyed all of the amenities, location, Marriott access. Owners were great to work with and very helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Short Walk to the Beach

We spent the month of March at this lovely vacation rental. Gail and Michael are wonderful hosts and a great source of local knowledge for information on restaurants and attractions. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The unit is quiet and was well kept and clean. Michael and Gail went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Michael even replaced the TV when the remote wouldn't work properly. We highly recommend this rental property!

Phenomenal place just off the beach!

Absolutely wonderful place! Just off the beach but yet secluded and quiet. Hosts were very gracious and always available if we needed anything. The entire place was very tidy and clean, and we took advantage of the free access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs next door. Will definitely be back!

Great Vacay!

Condo was perfect location to walk to the beach or Marriott next door! Just a few steps away! Condo was very clean and well appointed! The host , Gail was amazing! We will definitely return!

Great family vacation

Excellent location. A minute from the beach and right across the street from a hotel pool. My kids loved going between the two. The house is clean and comfortable. It’s our second time in this house and we plan to return next year!

Great location & amenities!

This location is wonderful! Being able to use the amenities at the Marriott next door was perfect. The zero entry kids pool and lazy river was ideal for our young children, and it was so nice having a bar/food spot next door. The kids really loved when they had a s’mores night! Beach access is right there and the beach is less busy than some other areas, which we appreciated. The host provided everything we could need, and the condo is comfortable and beautifully updated. The only con I can think of is we really needed curtains because the bedrooms are quite bright in the early morning.

The BEST Hospitality

My family and I stayed at this home for almost a week and I must say this was probably one of (if not) the best homes we have ever rented. The whole space was recently updated/renovated. Extremely clean, very well lite, and fantastic amenities. It was very obvious that the owners cared about our stay, and they were very kind. They shared local attractions that they thought we would be interested in and we were very comfortable staying there. Not only is this a great home to stay in, but if/when I visit Hilton Head again, I would absolutely consider staying here first. I would say it is probably a 2 minute walk from the front door of this home to having your feet in the ocean. This is a great home to rent if you are looking for a great reliable place to stay. Wifi worked great also!

Perfect Location for a Little Bit of Everything

This property is a stone’s throw from the beach with a nice paved walk path to it right next to the house. The property owner’s, Michael and Gail, live upstairs and are super friendly and hospitable. We spoke with them almost every day, usually giving us great restaurant recommendations, and they always asked if we needed anything else, which we did not as they have the house well stocked for what you would need for a rental. They also would give us passes to the resort next door, which had 4 heated pools, several hot tubs and many activities that are great for little kids. We found ourselves going to the little putting green daily. There is also a poolside bar adjacent to the walk path to the beach and the resort. The house has two nice bathrooms, three large bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. This is a very comfortable stay for 6 people. Coligney is only a 3 minute drive down the road and the opposite direction is the southern entrance to Sea Pines. The location of this house was perfect for trips to Harbour town, Coligney, morning walks on the beach at sunrise. We will definitely stay here again!

Not as Advertised

This is the definition of lipstick on a pig. The exterior was poor and being renovated and a new construction was happening to the a house next door. That information was dropped on us in a text the night before by the property owner, "Also, excuse the outside as we are renovating". In the 45 minutes we were on the property, the pounding and hammering did not cease. As we entered the property the smell of mold struck us off the bat. Not surprising with winter moisture and many exterior cracks in the house. The back door was being held shut by the washing machine with the door knob falling off. Over the kitchen sink, there was an electric wire that was exposed. The pictures are relatively accurate on the interior but there is a reason there are no exterior pictures. Also the building and renovations the owner texted us about should have been disclosed. We asked the owner for a refund in which they told us to deal with VRBO to no success...so at this point other courses of action is our only remedy.

Perfect beach getaway — clean, quiet, and incredibly well-located

We had such a great stay at this property! The unit was exactly as described...clean, updated, and stocked with everything we needed.The location is truly unbeatable. It’s just a short walk to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to bike to restaurants, shops, and Coligny Plaza.One of the best parts was having access to the Marriott pool and hot tubs. It felt like having a resort experience with the privacy of a condo. We also really appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to communication with the host. Gail was incredibly responsive and kind, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish.This place is exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend.

Great Location

This property is in a great location on Hilton Head with easy access to the beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Gail was a fantastic host that was great at communicating and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Gail and her husband were the epitome of southern hospitality. They were excellent hosts, and their house was clean and perfect for our vacation. It is steps from the beach and also provides access to the Marriott which was a huge benefit for us! Coligny Plaza and Adventure Park were about a 1 mile easy walk. We enjoyed everything about our stay, and we hope to make it back!! We would highly recommend it!

Hidden Gem

This listing is newly renovated and immaculate. No bugs, smell, or other sanitary issues. Plenty of towels, bed sheets, etc. Gail is an incredible host. She also provides access to the Marriot complex next to the property, as well as passes to Sea Pines. The walk-way to the beach is easy and this part of the beach in Hilton Head is less crowded. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Family Stay on HHI
