Our team always strives to provide the best service possible, but in this case, upon your arrival at the property, you made an early check-in request, which we, unfortunately, had to decline as our cleaners had not yet arrived onsite. However, you proceeded to enter the property anyway. Additionally, you informed our cleaners that their services were not required, which hindered us from conducting a proper cleaning and inspection of the home. If we had been able to inspect the property thoroughly, we might have detected and addressed the internet issue earlier. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a $100 compensation for the internet issue, as we value your satisfaction and aim to make amends for any shortcomings in our service. Since the 3rd party Hughes-Net technical services was not able to restore services in a timely manner, we have committed to upgrading the system to Starlink.
