Newly redecorated and ready for the whole family; this beautiful luxury vacation home boasts a bright interior with large lake view windows, and tasteful furnishings and décor. High ceilings create an airy ambiance that can't be matched. Entertaining the whole gang will be a breeze, as the open layout lends to mingling, and the chef of the group can easily be a part of the conversation with bar seating in the fully equipped kitchen!

The lower level is sure to be a crowd pleaser, and if you brought the kiddos along, they may never want to go home. Downstairs, find a game room complete with a pool table and flat screen TV for unlimited entertainment.

When the sun begins to dip behind the treetops, bring a glass of wine or cup of tea out to the expansive deck or dock and breathe in that fresh air to end each day on a good note.

This home will be great for grabbing a bit of privacy when needed, as each bedroom is perfectly spread out between three levels. The lower level offers one bedroom off of the game room and a full bathroom. The main level is home to two more bedrooms, one being the master bedroom featuring a king bed and a luxury ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the final two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Southwest Shores Chateau is located less than 10 minutes from the quaint village of Naples where guests can enjoy a variety of dining, visit the Hazlitt Red Cat winery, and shop for groceries during their stay. During the winter months, skiing can be enjoyed at nearby Bristol Mountain. With Canandaigua an easy 20-minute drive to the east, many area attractions are right at your fingertips!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
