With bright windows bringing in tons of sunlight, the living room may be your favourite place. Snuggle up on the sectional sofa reading a book or watching TV. The sofa can also turn into a full sofa bed for extra guests.

Off the living room is the fully stocked kitchen and a dining table set for 4. In between the kitchen and dining room is a sliding glass door that leads to the outdoor deck. Perfect for morning coffees or afternoon cocktails!

There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. The queen room is a bit more spacious and contains a working desk, although both rooms have closets and tons of natural light! Next to the bedrooms is a full-sized bathroom. It has a shower/tub combo, a toilet, and double vanity sinks. We also stock the apartment with luxury linens, towels, and toiletries to make you feel right at home.

Guests will have access to the entire house including both upper unit A and lower unit B.

For those who appreciate the great outdoors, Hilltop Park is just three blocks away, inviting you to enjoy leisurely strolls or delightful picnics amidst its lush greenery. If you're looking for some fun, the SeaTac Disc Golf Course and the picturesque Highline Sea-Tac Botanical Garden are only half a mile from your doorstep, providing a wonderful escape into nature. Other Things to Note:
1- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.
2- The home is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time
3- The entire lower unit B (2 beds, 1 bath & kitchen) can be accessed from outside - making it easier for family members with limited mobility.
4- Only 1 thermostat located downstairs controls the entire house. We can provide extra fans and heaters if needed.
5- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard. We are in the process of fixing them up.
6- 3 parking spots are dedicated for you. Two in the right driveway, 1 in the left driveway. Please, do not block the left gate. An extra street parking is also available.
7- Garbage is collected early Friday mornings. Please take it to the curb by Thursday night.
